    ड़ीमड़ conveyance होने के बाद भी नेशनल banks लोन नही देते है national banks OC CC demand करते है
    फिर वापस इतना करने के बाद लोन के लिये प्रॉब्लेम है ना प्लीज गाईड

    ड़ीड़ conveyance होने के बाद लोकल athorty OC compalsari देना chhiye ये kanun होना चाहिये नही तो फायदा नही है 25 / 30 वर्ष के बाद बिल्डिंग गिरी रिदेवोलाप्मेंत को गई kiska आज भरोसा है

    आज ड़ीड़ conveyance सोसाइटी का होने के बाद भी मै अगर resale मे फ्लैट बचने जाऊ तो भी नेशनल banks लोन के लिये OC CC के बिना लोन बिल्कुल नही देते लोग फसे पडे है चलो ड़ीड़ conveyance करते है लेकीन बैंक को भी लोन देने की सुविधा मिलनी चाहिये तो लोग आगे आयेगे

    My quation is regarding that most off society is under ulc 2007 to 2009 in this peried maharastra sasan shon on land holder in this case how to go for deem convence

    Sir we have all the required documents to get Conveyance.Our society was formed in 1980. However now our consultant is asking to pay stamp duty as per current market rates. Can you give some inputs on stamp duty to be paid for old flats.

    Goverment - Mahada housing board sold land with plot on hire purchase basis to us. Plan passed on second five year plan. Mahada still. not giving us conveyance. Will Goverment cheated us. Please reply. Here Maharashtra housing board treated as builder he constructed and sold to us.

    Sir local DDR say we have not got an
    y copy of GR.what should we do.every time govt passess the GR officer at lower level say that we have not rec'd the GR.where can we get GR copy

    Even after obtaining deemed conveyance n registering it more than one yr ago d concerned land records officials have refused to make necessary entries in d prop card n 7/12 extracts. D reason given is that d land is still being shown as agricultural land. Socy has been paying N. A Tax since d last 30 yrs. What is d way out.

      and the hsg societies have to suffer because the govt did not have the foresight to know the corrupt ways of the land records office. Hope MAHASEWA will take this up seriously with the govt and find a solution. It should be made mandatory that after the deemed conveyance is registered the land records office should make the amendments in the records without raising frivolous objections. Why should societies suffer because land records office hasn't updated their records once the bldg plans have been approved and NA tax is being levied on the socy. It's like the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. And govt. officials are quite adept at finding loopholes to extract money from the public.
