The bow needed pushing out, not pulling in! But nice and gently and the skipper did a great job! Normally the wind is pushing you off there at like 90 degrees!
Do you think he actually intended to moor-up there....or just gave in!! Oops, slight schoolboy error there.....step off the boat WITHOUT the mooring line....
@thunder131 I normally go with Broom boats in Brundall but thought I try a different boat yard for a change shame it can't go passed great Yarmouth .. did the stereo have Bluetooth I know some of the older boats they just have basic units..
@@dazphilpott2876 The boat we hired had Bluetooth and internet , Just had trouble getting under the Bridges , due to high water levels and previous floods
some of the latest hire boats are really poor designs, fairly flat bottom, shallow keel yet very high air-draft and slab sided.= poor handling characteristic's, exaggerated by wind. Go for low air draft, you will have a better holiday, get under the bridges and explore more places. You also need a willing and able crew, obviously missing on this vessel.
It takes a special kind of genius to step off a boat and not take a mooring line with them 🙄

Why all the mean comments? It’s not easy mooring up if the wind is trying to push you off.
I agree you can have some stress trying to sort it out. Nature will do its thing ,do your best , job done
they certainly made that look like hard work lol , & it only looked like the man was doing all the mooring .
Done ok as the wind was strong . Couldn't believe it , i snapped a rope getting in here
