      Haha thanks so much. If the prawns are crispy enough, sometimes you can even eat the shell although we don't do that all the time. Usually we will lick the delicious seasoning off the shell and then peel it off to enjoy the flesh. If you think that's too much work, please remove the shells before cooking. Happy cooking!

    Roland, I have been following your recipes and love the way you explain things to make even the complicated steps sound simple. This is one prawn dish I will be itching to try.
