very nice tutorial but I want to know how to change multiple answer into yes or no after data entry because multiple nswer it may be empty finally it is difficult to analysis in spss missing value excuse me can you tell me those solution ??
thank you for your smart tutorials ,,i confused with question which is i already entered data which have "others" option without entering with specify as text only with integer and selecting the number of other option as answer but know i want to edit it with texting the others option so how?

if you want to use the form as template just convert options to actual value like (option1) to Leaflets Newspaper and option 2 to Radio on Labeling
