According to Patanjali, the eight limbs of yoga are:
"Yama" - Sanskrit for "moral discipline"
"Niyama" - Sanskrit for "moral observance"
"Asana" - Sanskrit for "body posture"
"Pranayama" - Sanskrit for "breath control"
"Pratyahara" - Sanskrit for "withdrawal of the senses"
"Dharana" - Sanskrit for "concentration"
"Dhyana" - Sanskrit for "meditation"
"Samadhi" - Sanskrit for "bliss"
The main hurdles are: Brahmacharya (celibacy) which is a Yama, and Ishvara prandihana (bowing to the source or atman) which is a Niyama. Only when these key hurdles have been overcome, can Asanas with mudras and mantras enable one to concentrate/mediate/attain samadhi (self-realisation).

I am following Sadhguru almost from 3 years somewhat same speech but I never ever Skip even 10 second. I really enjoy watching him.
The thing is although we hear the same thing again and again, it just doesn't come easily in practice. Once it's in practice, we might not need to watch the video. As Sadhguru says himself, he is always accessible in a different dimension. It's we who have not been able to reach that dimension yet.
