      Glad to see you back my boy 🤟 it's actually offensive how good these tones are, UA needs to stay in their own lane lol they're taking over... I'm buying the echo just for how good the feedback loop sounds, gonna outboard a bunch of random tracks to it for sure

      I think you could make any pedal sound good man! Congrats on the EBMM deal - well deserved and they are lucky to have you!!! Make sure to do one of your sigs in the most insane color possible - like a unicorn took an explosive dump on it! 😂😂😂

    The quality of the review is high and precise. Love the different tones and how you did showcase them. UA products are really high quality and it shows all the way in this video.

    I was directed to come here to view the aging on your RebelRelic Anodized Aluminum Pick-guard but immediately forgot all about that, swept away by these awesome sonic waves. You got yourself a new subscriber mate.

    Very nice! The tones are wonderful (and well done to your dad :)).
    I love my UAFX pedals but I really need MIDI support and not Bluetooth-based app support for live performance changing of settings. I wish they'd add that support... then I'd be all over these pedals as well.

    Sounds epic man! Love the UA stuff! Once again I’m reminded I need to get a strat as is usually the case with a Rabea video! I’m shopping for a special 50th birthday guitar to also celebrate 35 years of playing guitar and it’s extremely hard decision to make. I kind of wanted to grab a Chapman Rabea sig while there is still some left but the strat is tempting!

    Very John Martyn in the intro, love it. Think I'll probably pickup a DelVerb. Was going to get a Golden Reverberator and mainly for those 3 algorithms. Then get all the lovely delay/echo effects which let me use my Strymon Magneto just for modular and not swopping it back and forth between guitar and synth.

  • @TheSentinel64
    @TheSentinel64 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I was leaning towards a Strymon but, man, that Galaxy is something else! And the Del-Verb also. Those two pedals alone could take the place of 3, 4, maybe 5 different pedals if you were really into shoe gaze and ambient. And weirdly enough if you were to sort of standardize on UAFX pedals from their amp modelers to these guys and more there is something weirdly Zen about them all being the same 6 knob layout and the same basic housing. I know tone and authenticity must rule over all but UAFX I think most consistently nails that and then to have a pedal board full of UAFX pedals with two buttons, 6 knobs and all the same housing design....like I said.... something Zen like happens.

    So the volante probably has more options and tweak ability.... But what sounds and feels better? I have a volante and love it. But sometimes it can be overwhelming and I love the simplicity in the layout here.

    You need to register and give personal information for these Products in full functionality right ?
    Till now , I never did by a product of UA , I am very lucky someone did warn me about the sck registrations on UA Products, or I would have burned money.
    Till now I always decide to avoid UA and all their products even when they are for free and I never regret it.
    These Products do need these Registrations too or do they not ?

    Thx, but i don't really get the advantage compared to traditional pedals. What justifies the Price? How does it improve the Workflow? Why not just put all emulations on one pedal or make it possible to upgrade the Hardware with different Sounds?

    These are amazing, but I can never find a situation where I would spend that much money on just one effect basically. I'm not even saying they're over priced, because they're robust and have a great feature set. But live the Helix Stomp, for not much more money is more than good enough and can be an entire chain of effects, and in the studio, VSTs can do what this does for a 10th the price and the same quality level. So they're sort of stuck in no man's land for me.

    I miss the old review format from Bea. A bit longer, more elaborate, more playing that outlines specific features of the product, not just the product in general.
    The narration part is okay.
    Maybe something in between these two formats.

    • @Nghilifa
      @Nghilifa ปีที่แล้ว

      Me too! I guess he wants to switch it up a little, nothing wrong with that. I assume the more elaborate ones also take more time to produce, so there's also that to consider as well.

    • @RabeaMassaad
      @RabeaMassaad  ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Thanks for the feedback - although for the last 8/9 months, and going forward I’m not really gonna be doing many reviews/in depth demos of gear.
      I’ll be working with a few brands that I’ve become close to - like UA, Origin, strymon a few others and Victory of course.
      But part of the reason getting my new studio and why I’ve been quieter on TH-cam is because I’m focusing more on my music and trying to work out how to create content in a way that feels good and isn’t just talking about how something sounds with the gain at 10 o’clock etc.
