Several Hurt After Tree Falls at Class Reunion in Fairmount Park

Several people were hospitalized after a tree fell on top of group celebrating a high school reunion Sunday afternoon in Fairmount Park. NBC10’s Karen Hua spoke with classmates who saw it all unfold.

I agree with the woman saying that these trees need to be checked out. There are many trees that are prone to falling that should be inspected and trimmed down, if need be.

Maybe the tree was struck by lightning, and it took a while before it fell. A tree was split in 3 places here in our neighborhood

Those trees definitely need to get checked they're dry and rotting from the inside and the city doesn't send people to actually check em make sure they're stable and cut some branches, Hope they Sue the city!!
