    Holy tamoli Andy. You guy's run a fricken awesome farm. By crikey your sister Katy is a tidy unit and does a great job. If she's anything like you and your dad,, a great personality. Thanks for your extra time and effort sharing this.

    Whats up? Its your neighbor in indiana. We're averaging 100 bushel to the acre so far on beans. We're hitting almost 300 on corn. We got a lot of rain this year. It rained every 2 days here during the growing season. It's still raining and it got cold. It's good for hunting now.

    Brian Brown’s farm just got another new Fendt. You’re right ppl really do like them. But as you have said, the color equipment most farmers use really comes down to what’s available in their area to buy & maintenance.

    Nothing like watching combing while combining myself. Lol. Great vid.

    I can’t believe how fast combines burn too. By the time the driver smells smoke, they’re lucky to get their things & out of the cab. Ivers’ neighbor had a combine burn(that’s Indiana/Illinois border)

    Up until this point I had assumed your dad liked the color red to this point, now I know since seeing his red socks 😂

    I like the way the guy in red gets shit done. That's how I do it too.

    It’s been pretty nice this year at Neoga. We haven’t had to wait in line near as much this year, not sure if the lower yields around made the difference or what it was.

      We didn't haul a ton down there this season. It seemed to be decent when we did!

    Great to see you all getting after it Andy, you’re probably actually 1/2 done with harvest already! Glad to see your sister involved with the farming, for some reason not all farm families do that. Also understand why she doesn’t want to be on camera a lot in today’s world.🙄😂 She has every right to be on as often or as little as she wants. Erin Holbert may have stopped YouTubing due to the crazies which would be sad.

    Wow I had the same exact thing happen to me a couple days ago cutting beans with a piece of metal locking up the cutter bar. Good luck and stay safe with the rest of harvest

    Has the explosion at ADM in Decatur changed your marketing strategy ? The East plant being down knocked out 1500/ton 52,000 bushel of daily consumption.

    Face those combines into the sunrise when you park them at night.

    Hang a 60 foot Honeybee or one of those 62 foot Brazilian GTS heads on the snout of the combine for more productivity in those beans and for less passes across the fields.

    Would wider tires instead of twin tires be better for you guys? We run super wides on most of our field tractors now, and with the fendt auto preassure system its fantastic for us atleast

    • @aTrippyFarmer
      @aTrippyFarmer  ปีที่แล้ว

      I've heard good and bad things about the wide tires. I do really like that Fendt tire pressure system!

    • @ronkeking97
      @ronkeking97 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@aTrippyFarmer i cant say enough good about wide tires, it works so well with the tire preassure system.
      We tried a tractor with tracks, and returned it after 2 months, what a horrible drive, shakes the bones off your body, dont understand how many americans can do them haha.

    Love watching how hard you guys work. City folk would think they were dying if the had to do what you guys do

    • @scottjanes9074
      @scottjanes9074 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your comment but trying to say “City folk” don’t know what hard work is off base and just serves to try to divide people, when what is needed is just the opposite. Yes, farmers work hard but I doubt any of them would want to spend 12 hours a day on their feet in a manufacturing facility. Respectfully.
