Anyone in 2020? Well, I found this interesting because I recently watched 'Tell Me What You Saw' and this is similar to that movie in which Jang Hyuk is a profiler and Choi Sooyoung as detective. Honestly, it was very interesting seeing them do this, Everything to me, in general, seemed irregular at the beginning so I suspected the husband as innocent but nothing further, I'm not very good at actual evidence collecting and more so making a judgment immediately. So It amazes me how they were able to collect the evidence and connect the dots in such a way even if some of the information strayed from the actual crime. I really enjoyed this episode!
See this is the reason why I love Namjoon, he was obviously intimidated by Mr. Pyo while answering because this guy didn’t give them time to properly phrase questions and belittled their theories. When Mr. Pyo asked if anyone wants to add any comments in the end, Namjoon spoke up despite knowing this guy would judge him if got it wrong. I think as Asians we let intimidation get to our head pretty quickly. I think that’s why he creates a safe space for everyone to answer and share their thoughts in his team. There is no power structure BS in BTS and as far as I’ve seen, in BigHit. (I obviously don’t know the full details cuz I don’t work there, and my deductions come from the videos I’ve watched).

I watched Professor Pyo Changwon for the first time in Crime Scene (another great Korean show where they investigate fictional cases, take on roles and decide which one amongst them is the killer). I really liked him from there. His episodes were really interesting. He was more chill and less scary in Crime Scene than here in Problematic Men. And I didn't know he met Namjoon!! He did so well!
이런거 너무 좋은 거 같습니다. 보면서 추리를 함께하고 있는데. 정황 증거를 보면 남편의 왼쪽 얼굴에 타박상 왼쪽 무릎에 혈흔 아내의 앞니가 과격한 행동으로 뽑힘 옆집 남자가 신고(왼손잡이) 침실 벽의 혈흔은 왼손잡이에 의해발생 낙하의 혈흔은 남편것이 아님 다른 족적 발견 남편은 간호사와 불륜 해소되지 않은 점이 많지만 스토리텔링을 해보자면 남편은 간호사와 새로운 사랑에 빠졌고, 간호사는 남편이 자신과 합치길 원했고 남편과 이 문제로 다툼. 간호사는 남편의 아내가 없다면 모든게 해결 될 것이라 판단. 청부 살인을 시도함 범인이 남편이 없는 것으로 착각하고 아내를 살해하려 침실에 무단 침입. 욕실에 있던 남편은 인기척과 비명을 듣고 침실로 달려감.(남편의 상의가 벗겨져있는 이유) 이때 아내는 저항으로 괴한의 신체부위중 한군데를 물음 괴한은 이런 아내의 저항에 치아를 과격하게 뽑아 버림 이윽고 남편이 침실로 들어서고 괴한이 아내를 위해하는 현장을 목격 괴한을 막으려 다툼. 이 과정에서 왼손잡이 괴한에게 얼굴을 폭행 당했고 괴한이 도망 가는 걸 따라가면서 옆집 남자에게 신고해달라고 요청 하지만 괴한은 놓치고 남편은 뇌진탕에 의해 정신을 잃음 이후 용의자로 남편이 지목됨. 유죄 선고 받았다가 무죄로 풀림 범인을 잡지 못하고 사건은 미제로 남음. 보충 추리 집안에 도난품이 없고 어색하게 흐트러뜨린 흔적들만 있는 것으로 보아 청부살인의 가능성이 큼 수사에 혼란을 주기 위해 의사인 남편의 물건으로 살해를 시도했고 주변을 어지럽힌 것으로 추청되며 발치한 치아는 자신의 DNA가 검출될 것으로 예견하여 본인이 가져감
댓글 보다가 상황이 너무 잘 그려져서 의견 나누고자 댓글답니다. 간호사가 청부살인을 요구할때는 같이 사는 남편의 존재에 대해 언급했을 가능성이 큽니다. 따라서 남편이 범인이 되게 하려는 청부업자의 행동이 이해가 잘 가지 않습니다. 간호사의 궁극적인 목적도 이루지 못했을뿐더러 청부업자의 업무도 잘 이루지 못한것이니깐요. 이 부분에 대해서는 어떻게 생각하시나요?
Joker 좋은 의견 이에요. 청부살인의 목적이 누군갈 범인으로 몰고 가려는 것에 의도가 있을 수는 있으나, 살인이라는 주 목적은 다르지 않다고 생각합니다. 상황은 시시각각 변하기 마련이고 변수가 생기기도 하죠. 변수가 생기는 과정에서 의도치 않게 범행이 이뤄졌을 가능성이 있다고 판단했습니다. 하지만 확실한건 청부살인은 무엇보다 "살인"에 모든 초점이 맞춰져 있기 때문에 정황상 누가 범인으로 몰리게 된다는 것은 사실 중요한 문제가 아니라고 생각했습니다. 영화나 드라마 같은 매체에서 청부 살인을 묘사할 때와 현실의 청부살인은 상당히 큰 차이가 있는 것도 사실입니다. 보충 설명 현실에서는 흔적조차 남기지 않고 살해할 수 있는 전문가를 만나는 거 자체가 어려운데다, 청부살인을 하는 사람의 능력을 검증하는 것 또한 어렵기때문이죠.

RM's statemnt is really possible. Because it's often in criminal cases, even skin cells can be detected in the victims fingernails or teeth when they fought with the suspect that's why the husband pulled out those teeth to not be tested and track his dna, but it would be so much clearer if there are pictures of the husband with the bitemark

논리적인 사고도 중요하지만 그 과정에서 받을 수 있는 협력과 지원들이 무엇이 있는지를 인지하는 것도 중요하다는걸 보여주는 영상이네요. 수사 현장에 간 프로파일러 혼자서는 혈흔이 누구의 것인지, 남편의 상처가 의학적으로 봤을때 자해로 생길 수 있는 상처인지 등등을 모두 혼자서 판단을 하는건 어려우니까요. 여러가지 사건을 봐 왔으니 충분한 지식을 가지고는 있겠지만, 실질적으로 전문가 소견을 증거를 제시하는것과 개인소견을 증거로 제시하는건 법정 같은 환경에선 상당히 큰 차이가 되죠. 역으로 전문가들은 수사팀에서 이런 부분들을 조사해달라고 요청하지 않았다면, 사건 전담 수사팀이라도 되지 않는 이상 자체적으로 현장 모든 증거를 검토하고 다닐 수도 없고요.
사건 현장을 관찰하고 물리학적 의학적 인체학적 심리학적 지식을 기반으로 논리적 가설을 세울 것, 그것을 입증하기 위해 필요한 근거가 무엇인지 확인할 것, 실질적인 절차에 따라 관련 전문가나 협동인력들에게 요청을 넣어 가설을 입증하고, 입증에 성공했다면 공식적으로 증거로 제시할 것. 범인이 누구인가? 왜 무죄/유죄인가?라는 광범위한 질문을 되풀이하다가 벽에 부딛히지 말고 프로파일러로서 차근차근 일의 순서를 나누고, 나열하고 정리한 뒤에, 순서에 맞게 차근차근 풀어나가는게 중요하다는걸 알려주는 것이라 생각됩니다.

I watched Professor Pyo Changwon for the first time in Crime Scene (another great Korean show where they investigate fictional cases, take on roles and decide which one amongst them is the killer). I really liked him from there. His episodes were really interesting. He was more chill and less scary in Crime Scene than here in Problematic Men. And I didn't know he met Namjoon!! He did so well!

해소되지 않은 점이 많지만
스토리텔링을 해보자면
남편은 간호사와 새로운 사랑에 빠졌고,
간호사는 남편이 자신과 합치길 원했고 남편과 이 문제로 다툼.
간호사는 남편의 아내가 없다면 모든게 해결 될 것이라 판단.
청부 살인을 시도함
범인이 남편이 없는 것으로 착각하고 아내를 살해하려 침실에 무단 침입.
욕실에 있던 남편은 인기척과 비명을 듣고 침실로 달려감.(남편의 상의가 벗겨져있는 이유)
이때 아내는 저항으로 괴한의 신체부위중 한군데를 물음
괴한은 이런 아내의 저항에 치아를 과격하게 뽑아 버림
이윽고 남편이 침실로 들어서고 괴한이 아내를 위해하는 현장을 목격
괴한을 막으려 다툼.
이 과정에서 왼손잡이 괴한에게 얼굴을 폭행 당했고 괴한이 도망 가는 걸 따라가면서 옆집 남자에게 신고해달라고 요청
하지만 괴한은 놓치고 남편은 뇌진탕에 의해 정신을 잃음 이후 용의자로 남편이 지목됨. 유죄 선고 받았다가 무죄로 풀림
범인을 잡지 못하고 사건은 미제로 남음.
보충 추리
집안에 도난품이 없고 어색하게 흐트러뜨린 흔적들만 있는 것으로 보아 청부살인의 가능성이 큼 수사에 혼란을 주기 위해 의사인 남편의 물건으로 살해를 시도했고 주변을 어지럽힌 것으로 추청되며 발치한 치아는 자신의 DNA가 검출될 것으로 예견하여 본인이 가져감

댓글 보다가 상황이 너무 잘 그려져서 의견 나누고자 댓글답니다. 간호사가 청부살인을 요구할때는 같이 사는 남편의 존재에 대해 언급했을 가능성이 큽니다. 따라서 남편이 범인이 되게 하려는 청부업자의 행동이 이해가 잘 가지 않습니다. 간호사의 궁극적인 목적도 이루지 못했을뿐더러 청부업자의 업무도 잘 이루지 못한것이니깐요. 이 부분에 대해서는 어떻게 생각하시나요?
Joker 좋은 의견 이에요. 청부살인의 목적이 누군갈 범인으로 몰고 가려는 것에 의도가 있을 수는 있으나, 살인이라는 주 목적은 다르지 않다고 생각합니다.
상황은 시시각각 변하기 마련이고 변수가 생기기도 하죠. 변수가 생기는 과정에서 의도치 않게 범행이 이뤄졌을 가능성이 있다고 판단했습니다.
하지만 확실한건 청부살인은 무엇보다 "살인"에 모든 초점이 맞춰져 있기 때문에 정황상 누가 범인으로 몰리게 된다는 것은 사실 중요한 문제가 아니라고 생각했습니다.
영화나 드라마 같은 매체에서 청부 살인을 묘사할 때와 현실의 청부살인은 상당히 큰 차이가 있는 것도 사실입니다.
보충 설명
현실에서는 흔적조차 남기지 않고 살해할 수 있는 전문가를 만나는 거 자체가 어려운데다, 청부살인을 하는 사람의 능력을 검증하는 것 또한 어렵기때문이죠.

RM's statemnt is really possible. Because it's often in criminal cases, even skin cells can be detected in the victims fingernails or teeth when they fought with the suspect that's why the husband pulled out those teeth to not be tested and track his dna, but it would be so much clearer if there are pictures of the husband with the bitemark
