Thanks so much man!, it came up pretty good considering I was only up there for a short period.

Great FPV flying John! 🙌 Loved the river run footage at 29 secs 😎

Thanks so much mate, massively appreciated! Had an absolute ball in Kalbarri and keen to go back and spend more time exploring the area, there’s just epic landscape everywhere up there.

Awesome shots mate! Grew up going to Kalbarri every year as a kid and great to see video of places I remember as a youngin'. Last time I was there I was still only flying DJI but have my own pretty comprehensive FPV setup now! Cant wait to get back and fly some real spectaculare lines like this!

Thanks mate, and glad you enjoyed the video! Had an absolute ball up there with the fpv's and I'm keen to go back up there again this year and spend a bit longer there, I was only up there for one night when I shot all of this footage haha. Also only had 5" quads at the time which aren't ideal for such massive landscapes, but I have a 7' now as well.

Thanks so much mate!, and yeah the Kalbarri area is full of epic landscape, this is only covering most of the well “touristy” spots, I didn’t have enough time to explore anything else unfortunately.

Beautiful colours with balls of steel on some of those dives right at the ocean's edge. Impressive mate! Subbed :)

Wow. Cinematic FPV seriously changes everything. I have a M3Pro but footage looks boring compared. Im practising FPV on the sim at the moment (Trypfpv). Hopefully one day I can give it a go!

Thanks so much mate! It's def a different type of footage vs a regular camera drone, but they're different tools for different tasks, my mavic gets just as much use as the fpv's. You're on the right track by starting off with a sim (and trypfpv is a really nice one, I like uncrashed fpv as well), when I first started out I spent a good 3 months or so in the sims before even attempting to fly in the real world, and still crashed heaps at first haha, but I'm stoked I kept at it because they are just crazy amounts of fun to fly!

Didn’t your drone warned you for strong winds? And if so, what did you do during the strong winds

Its all shot with a custom built fpv drone, so theres no advanced features like gps position holding and wind warnings ect that you get with a dji drone, but they are lighter and much more powerful than a dji drone and will handle high winds without too much trouble, you just use up the battery quicker haha.
