You are doing such a good jobbb….. especially that you are making sure of everything from start because this makes the matters worse if you have started living and problems struck at that time because of defaults… so good work 👍🏻
Looks great! Even if you encounter some small difficulties sometimes, it's something normal. In the end you will be very satisfied with the great work done with your own hands!
Thanks for following along!! I donno how realistic it is, but I would love to drive/ live in the bus internationally one day. Malaysia isn't impossible.
@@JetLagWarriors Yeah, those duel fans, one blowing in, one blowing out, might fit in one of the small windows. Not sure if they make them small enough, but it would be good. But some kind of exhaust solution is needed for moisture issues and, shall we say, morning constitutional aroma issues.
Will cover it in waterproof stain. It's transluscent stuff so it will be sealed, but you can still see the wood boards. I was gonna cover it, but I thought the wood looked too pretty to be covered
All the new material is much less weight than if it were full of people. The back end of the bus is way up in the air, because it is so light right now
I'm not sure you used the right silicone to seal all the tiles. I saw a contractor used a cement type to fill in the gap when I hired them to do my bathroom. If you use the silicone to fill up the gap, you can't use brush to wash the tiles when you need to clean the bathtub wall. The brush will remove the seal. That is my opinion. You're very patient man who do the transformation of the bus by yourself without any help. It take a big gut to do this type of work and think what to do. I bow to you with this big job. Job well done.
Are you putting something on the floor of the bathroom? That might be where moisture and water creep in and mess up your floorboards, as I doubt the joints of those are waterproof, and those boards and compressed materials they are made of tend to absorb mositure and swell.
The flooring is from a brand called 'lifeproof' and they advertise as 100% waterproof. I think I will leave it, atleast for now (I can always add redgard + tile on top if needed). As for the ceiling, I will cover it with waterproof stain. I saw it on the shelf at Home Depot... my guess is the roof will become slightly darker, but in the end it should work)
When you guys ride in this bus, it will always be the best transportation because you can proudly say” it’s ours, we built it”… priceless ❤❤❤❤
100% !!
That a boy steveo
Good job dude!!!
Good job
Loving the bus series!
Very good job in your RV.
From watching your videos for a while couldn’t ever imagine you had such an ability to do that job.
It’s getting very nice!!
Thank you very much! I am still learning, but so far, it has gone pretty well :)
One day your kid will watch this video :)
Awesome work im so happy for you and your family. Impressive!💪

Yes! Agree 100%. The project will be time consuming, but it should be ready to rock (and reliable!) before the winter
Great videos so far 👍🏻 lots of hard work and really coming together- ❤🎉😊
Looks great! Even if you encounter some small difficulties sometimes, it's something normal.
In the end you will be very satisfied with the great work done with your own hands!
Agree 100%! This is why I chose to do the work myself. It's more personal this way
Following your bus transformation and I'm real excited. Chris guessed 5 hours! Far fetched from 22! 😂 Great work Steve! 💯

Lots more build videos to come!
Amazingly Fantastic Steve! DIY!
DIY is right! The best way to learn a bunch of new skills, and be more connected to the RV when it is done
This series is incredible ❤
Thanks for watching! Glad you are enjoying :)

Good job Steve on the RW building the bath room 👍👌😊

🎶 "These boots are made for caulkin'
And that's just what they'll do.." 🎶
Ohhhh man too tedious. I would’ve quit crying and screaming running away. Good job
I admire your crafting skills
Thanks! If I can do it, anyone can do it!!
@@JetLagWarriors in my mindset, somehow NA ppl are very good at crafting, from car brake disc to house insulation, they did it by themselves😂
Oh gosh, this's a super tedious job. Well done, Steve. You are the best of the best 👍👏
Thanks Chaw!! Lots of work still to be done, but so far, so good!
you are so creative Steve......
Thanks! Learning as I go 👍😅
To answer your questions. I would say took 2 working days.
Good job 🎉🎉🎉
You are right! It took me 22 hours of work, basically 2 full working days
Well done steve! Its a hard work..
Very time consuming! But I am loving the project 👍👍
Good job! Bus is perfect tô travel!
U have such strong nerves. Good job and this video is asmr for my ocd 😂
Love from Kefalonia❤
LOL I've learned to keep more of the audio from the b-roll in the final video. The audio from some clips is great!
Having done exactly what you did, 16 hours !!!!!
LOL! You were faster than me!!
Im so impressed!
Thanks! Lots more bus build vlogs coming!
Very proud of you Steve…. Never tot that you can built bus😬 SALUTE bro…. But you can’t drive to Malaysia😅🫢 Sending love n respect ❤❤❤❤
Great job steve 👍👍
Thanks! So far, so good!!
If you are wondering where they are, their baby Daughter came early!
You can put tiles on bathroom ceiling also moist will get there also.
My idea is to cover the ceiling in translucent waterproof stain. I thought the wood boards were too beautiful to cover up lol
está ficando muito bom é um artista
Wow, thanks for this kind comment
Amost had an anxiety attack just by watching 😓Awesome job!
LOL There were plenty of moments like that for me too!
22hrs 😂🎉 nice job man 👍 very technical
LOL It was tedious as heck, but I think worth it
Indeed
Will you put an exhaust fan in the bathroom? That would save the ceiling.
Was going to try and rely of fans pointing out the windows for now, might need to cut a whole in the roof eventually for a proper exhaust fan
On first read I thought you were talking about fans of the show...and that's what I get for reading the notification early in the morning.
15 hrs....but good on you, you're doing a great job👍👏
Thanks! Still learning 😅
Are you going to tile the ceiling in the shower? How will you keep it from getting wet?
Will cover it in waterproof stain. It's transluscent stuff so it will be sealed, but you can still see the wood boards. I was gonna cover it, but I thought the wood looked too pretty to be covered
Wow this is impressive for being an amateur you are doing great, and no job is too big for you 😀
Thanks for this comment! I am slowly learning, as I go
Good job!
Thank you!
what's the max load the bus can take as you added all these new material?
All the new material is much less weight than if it were full of people. The back end of the bus is way up in the air, because it is so light right now
you could've used white caulk instead right? would've been easier and looks cleaner too since its white on white? 🤔🤔😏
My dad also suggested this. But, we prefer the look of black caulking. So, we went for it, knowing it is way more work! No regrets 😄
Any videos coming ? I checked everyday since the last one lol
Hey, sorry for the delay but, our daughter came early! So, we haven't been building on the bus very much. Will post more as soon as we can
Aweeeee🎉🎉🎉🎉 congratulations yayeee

no Sauna? Hello from Finland
LOL I wish it had a sauna
Maybe a trailer with one one it? At a glance, you're a bit light on storage space.
Hardest part to do the levelling.. is it..
Hi buddy..i want u deco my house too..how about ivana? 6mth right?
Hi abang. Our daughter was born 3 days ago. She is beautiful 😍. There will be a video up soon about her birth
@@JetLagWarriors huhu never told me, i send a msg, btw i am so happy..congrats my lil bro become a dad, hope can meet her soon...
Oh no 😥! 7h in total ? 😅
1 over the # of screws. 😂
Lol of course, right?
Don't you need 2 exits from the bus in case of emergencies
Many of the windows are emergency exits. The ones in the bathroom will be accessible
It seems to be very complicated with building shower and bathroom. It relates with hot water, sewage, drainage, waterproofing.
Exactly! There are a lot of things to consider regarding the materials and the application. It was tough!
Why not using a Insulfilm instead of spraying?!?!
Never heard of insulfilm? The idea behind the spray paint is so that nobody can see the inside of my walls
better inform yourself about condensation on windows and metal, otherwise everything will be moldy in a year
You will travel worldwide,or just local?👍
Will start in North America (we will also be traveling with an infant), but hopefully world wide eventually
@@JetLagWarriors good luck with the project 👍🥃🍺💪

Road trips, for atleast a few years!!
I wish when it is completed, you can take some of your fans for a ride.
That would be awesome!
Maybe it's not a good idea to get the furniture from this place, people may have died because of the car accident.
