The base boards or skirt as it is called in 🇬🇭, is it the American type or is made in 🇬🇭? Normally they use the same tiles for baseboard or skirting for the tiles.

What a wow! Very grand indeed! As spacious as each room is, I was expecting the kitchen to be massive as well, it seemed a bit tight. Nonetheless, her wardrobe/closet room is bigger than my entire NYC apartment and I have an in-unit washer and dryer 😅😫
@yaamo: I was also expecting a big kitchen the first time I went there as well but she has a total of 3 kitchens. 2 on the first floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I think a big closet was more important to her. I guess I wasn’t kidding about size of New York City apartment. Thanks for watching.
@@AshantiQueen The importance to some in putting an island in a kitchen is overrated. Not considering the size of a kitchen and dumping an island in there can cause the kitchen to be tight. There is no space to even walk around in that kitchen. My intention was to put an island in my kitchen, when I was building my house. However, I quickly realised that an island would suffocate the space and make the kitchen rather tight. Instead, I created a nook area at the side of the kitchen, where one can seat and eat.

That's the problem most of them do that but I will prefer carpet in all my house. Imagine having a kid there and not seeing there is water on the floor cause by the kid.
