M&P Sight Install, Complete

Complete instructions for installation of 10-8 front and rear sights for S&W M&P.
***If your rear sight does not press fit into the slide, then you must file the shoulders of the dovetail with a diamond file or hone until it presses in about 1/3 of the way. If you force the sight in with brute force, you will not have ideal results. The technique shown for the front sight will also apply to the rear sight.
***If the procedures shown appear beyond your resources or capability, please seek the services of a qualified gunsmith.
***The S&W Armorer Manual states that the rear sight must be installed in a certain direction, and is applicable to their factory rear sight (though those actually go in fine in either direction). Our rear sights are not biased in the dovetail and can be installed in either direction.
