Buddy of mine did the same thing with a softail frame but he cut the down tubes and added about 2” up. He was able to run a straight backbone this way and get that ugly hump out of it. You should definitely try that if you haven’t already. Would love to see a video on it for sure!

How would you go about doing 8 inch upstretch, 4 inches out, and 55 degree rake on a softail frame??

Thank You! Little trick to big frames like that is make a little stand for your engine in the jig so you can make the frame around the engine and insure its going to fit and engine mounts line up. The 2000's style shovel I built on this channel is 11 or 12 inches up.

Chain will fit without the joggle as long as you don't use an O-ring chain! I will be selling the joggle piece on my webstore though!
