Hi there I too have the 52" Deck Ferris IS700Z. Can you tell me what's the length on that Belt you installed as I need to replace mine too. Good Video by the way.

No reason to pull the I-Bolt off. Just throw the half inch breaker bar into the tensioner hole and pull. I always loop around all pulleys except for the last on one the tensioner side. Then pull tensioner and loop that one.

Spot on Logan mine has has the covers of from each side it very easily done with the bar in the square
