You speak the truth man she would’ve been bigger than Michael Jackson. She didn’t have the drug problems and all the other allegations against him. She was a true genuine humble down to earth kind person that wouldn’t of gotten into trouble. One of the things she said was the goal is not to live forever but to create something that will and she did that. We are all blessed that we get to watch her awesome singing and dancing with all of her performances. Thank God for TH-cam. it's so crazy you say that because I discovered her only 2 years ago and I also went through a grieving period. I thought i was crazy lol but it's true, i had just discovered her and fell in love and then had to grieve her death and the fact that shes no longer here and we won't ever get any new material. We are the same age as well. I was born April 1971 too. I researched her too as well as reading Chris's book. We have a lot in common and I learned that we are a lot alike personality wise. I know it may sound weird , but I feel a connection to her. Like a family connection. Love her! She was a wonderful human being. What u saw is what u got. I fell in love with her heart. I know where you're coming from Brother. My X died a year before I found out about it and I was grieving a year after she died as if she died right there and then. I started grieving as if it happened yesterday. I found her name on Facebook and tried to contact her but her daughter returned my text and gave me the information. She died a horrible death and I wasn't even there for her. I'm tearing up right now just talking about it.
