Hi Sir do you let people come to your shop to learn ? Am living in the Caribbean and will like to come to your country for a three months course at your shop . Please let me know what you said thanks i really want to physically be there to use and learn it .
We didn't have any cupping on these doors, although that occasionally does happen. We have had our best success using Ranger Premium Platinum for our doors, since switching to the Platinum product we have a dramatic decrease in issues with doors or any other MDF carving we do.
@@shopsabre thank you for taking the time to respond. I’ll give that a try. There is nothing worse than cupping doors. I even routed out the back side of the doors to relieve surface tension. But still a small cup. Errr. Has to be the material. Thanks again!

I’m sorry we don’t offer that, if you purchase a machine we have a training course you can attend but we don’t offer any long term training
Hi I am Eizra from Ethiopia.
Thanks for watching, Eizra
How much sanding is needed on the shaker doors after they come out of CNC? And what tool marks are left on the door pockets?
Sanding will vary depending on machine, tooling, material quality
@@shopsabre yes so how much sanding is needed on This machine with diamond tooling?
Did you notice any warping for the doors? When I make these style doors I notice they tend to cup. Just curious.
