If AR’s Double Doubles are so impactful on games than why do wnba coaches continue to single cover Reese. And not necessary to cover her until she is 15’ or closer to basket. Yet, since entering the league, WNBA COACHES place their BEST defender on Clark, Clark is usually faceguarded for 94’ and then often double and triple teamed when she has the ball. WNBA coaches are willing to live with AR’s numbers , but are scared to death as to the impact on the outcome of the game Clark’s skill set can have.

Caitlin Clark has made some misteps professionally thus far. Firstly, she should have taken the Big 3 contract. $5 million for 8 games and an equity stake was a no-brainer, but her agents seemingly disagreed?

There was nothing stopping her going undrafted and just going to the team she actually wanted to play for. Hence, no Christie Sides and no crap teammates.

Angel Reese is having a very good rookie season. Despite her poor shooting % from farther than 2' from the basket. Her shooting in last few games has improved. And maybe 1/3 of her reb are her own misses on 3' layups, but she still has to grab the rebs. But Caitlin Clark is having a better season, top to bottom. And CC does make her teammates better. Reese may, but not nearly as much as CC.

@@sisuriffs I'm 69 and the invisible man. The younger generation doesn't even think about us now. So why would they in the future. But that's pretty normal behavior. Although I will say at least people my age are better at history. My God I saw one of those man on the street interviews and the 30 and under kids didn't even know the current vice president let alone who was the First President and president during the civil war. One kid said Kennedy was president during the Civil War. Another said the USA was 50 years old!!!
