That one's a technicality. In terms of being recognized as a boss, having their own stage and theme, and bearing the title of ______ Woman, Splash Woman really takes the cake there. Besides, aren't her and Roll like the only two female characters in all of (classic main series) Mega Man?
Thank you for finally giving this track a proper rock cover. Everyone else that covers this track--even the official arranged soundtrack--is so enamored with Splash Woman being a mermaid they always turn it into a slow romantic track, when the song itself was originally a fast-paced track begging for a remix with the same energy.
