Amazing!!! I will consider this design as my future house when I retire & move to Palawan in 7 to 10 years from now. 150 sqm yung lot & master bedroom with en-suite toilet will be downstairs & 3 more bedrooms upstair with toilet for B & B. Love the minimalist looking!!!

Ngayon ko lang nakita itong TH-cam page mo and I must say na I was amazed sa mga design ng houses mo. I will definitely download this video for future reference ng dream house ko. Ganda ng design ng house and everything. The floor plan is saktong sakto sa plano kong ipagawa sa future house ko. Ang magiging changes lang is yung Masters bedroom will be on the ground floor and that will be my room and yung rooms upstairs will be my kids room, not so big rooms for them and if pwede pang mag add ng family area upstair I will also add up para may bonding area 😊
