The only thing I now there is no enough space but if you can under the stars you can use for the down ster bed room closet many people's when they get old or they have health problems they used it like master bed then think to have shower and access for welcher thank you every thing I like it I have foundation the same size house I will update
Hi man! How can I get the architectonic project?
I love your designs but the kitchen is too small and if you remove the bedroom on the ground floor you could fit an island and maybe even a dirty kitchen then you wouldn’t need to have the laundry outside. Also the master must have a walk in closet.👍❤️

We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area and a terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard. Color of the house is white and gray.
