Looks like a fair amount of work, I was looking into it and decided to buy new hinges and bolts. Thanks for sharing!
Glad to help, Jon over at @vinylvillagegarage did a video on just buying new ones as well.
Coming together well, can't wait until you get to the Firebird fest, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Thank you Donald, now doing little trips around the house making sure everything is good.
Great work guys! 👍
Thank you 🙌
Goog job brother
I hate seeing you struggling with those bolts, but it really makes for good ideas on how to get through them. Our ‘67 hinges were a pain to get off too. Great video. 👍
I hate to struggle as well LOL thanks for watching J&K
Another great video! I wonder if they make that same bolt with an allen head instad of phillips? 🤔
I need to replace the lower hinge on the passenger side - can this be done w/out removing the door and fender?
yes... but it's going to be a pain in the butt... use a ratcheting wrench and keep the door supported... you can do it.
Saggy hinges aren’t cool, looks like they went together well. Appears someone used a marker and drew all over the cowl panel 🤣😎 good times
Sagging anything isn't cool lol Love that boy! and yep am forever grateful for our time on the car and our friendship Brother!
WHY !!!!! Would you not press the bushing in with the vise that is right under your hinge ? 🤦🏻♂️
