    Dude, great video.
    (Good) customer service is a passion of mine, especially as THOSE customer service experiences leads to ambassadorship. There is a parallel map that is an awarness-to-advocacy map, but where yours deals with a conversion, this deals more with a word-of-mouth-marketing from cradle to grave. It goes from I know of you, to I know you, to I like you, to I love you, to I defend you.
    Conversion is tricky when it is cost-motivated. I'm one of those customers. I get a deal, I never want to pay full price again.
    We should do lunch and just chat about all this. I think we could fill a whole hour easy :)!

      Absolutely - There are a lot of versions, i like the content model since a lot of business owners have a hard time connecting content to conversion steps and this context helps them to invest.
