"they are saying they have more engagement" is a nice way of saying that you don't have actual numbers on there being more engagement and also what that engagement is and how it converts. It doesn't matter even if you do actually have more engagement, if everything that comes back is "please take me off this mailing list"

Question, im using the free version of mailerlite, the builder seems kind of limited with its customizability. Are there more functions available in the paid version like text alignment, better photo sizing, etc.?

I've migrated my Classic over to Lite (despite not really wanting to as Classic had everything I wanted and more, but hey ho, progress and all that jazz). Once I had my automations, subscribers etc all migrated over, I realised that it hadn't taken my Campaigns. I found out that I needed to Save all my Campaigns as Templates, this I did. I then found out you were supposed to be able to migrate those over to Lite like this: Look for the Custom Template migration option under Files and click Proceed. Confirm the number of templates you want to migrate by clicking Start migration →. Can't find that - Custom Template migration option under Files - anywhere, I can't even find Files only File Manager. I can't go through integrations again as surely as I've migrated it once, I can't add the API key again. So how do I do it?

Mine doesn't have a migrate option at all. I had created a New Mailerlite account when they threatened to move everyone but I probably canceled trying to migrate at that time and now even if I create a New New account, nothing shows up. And there is no customer service to contact. Have you heard of this happening?

Its a bad experience. I try to stay with the older version and then leave this mailer lite and change to another service. The videos are terrible, too fast and not clear. If you are an IT guy, great but for a simple blogger an absolute nightmare.

There is a parallel map that is an awarness-to-advocacy map, but where yours deals with a conversion, this deals more with a word-of-mouth-marketing from cradle to grave. It goes from I know of you, to I know you, to I like you, to I love you, to I defend you. Conversion is tricky when it is cost-motivated. I'm one of those customers. I get a deal, I never want to pay full price again. We should do lunch and just chat about all this. I think we could fill a whole hour easy :)!

Well so I started a page for my Home Improvement business, however the geniuses at nextdoor kept advertising it as a Dental business for some reason. I've asked over and over to get that fixed. nexdoor just kept sending e-mails that they fixed the problem...while at the same time sending me e-mails to promote my "Dental business" Anyways 3 months went by and they never NEVER fixed the problem. Nextdoor is a piece of garbage app ran by flunkie losers....Sorry it is great app if you want to hear people complain about dog poop.
