- Hey guys! Let's check out my current Bath and Body Works candle collection as of June 2022. I had to use the stabilization mode in iMovie to prevent the shakiness from making me sick when I was watching but this is the first time I have used it. It's obviously less than ideal but I can assure this was better than how shakey the video was before. I will try to figure out a better system before filming the rest of the collection videos. I hear blackberry spiced cider that just came out is similar to blackberry bramble tea. Never smelled bramble so I can't say personally but that's what I'm hearing :)

Agree 100%....I've cut way back...I've already decided I'm not doing candle day....and after reorganizing my bodycare...I haven't bought any of that either...I've been cleaning out other areas of my house....downsizing in a few years...and I want to be ready😊
I love a good collection video! 😍 I have decided that I never want my entire candle collection to go over 100, because more than that overwhelms me. That said, my ultimate preference is 50-60 at any given time, but I've been adding more to my no burn collection so it's been tough! I'm good at burning through them though because it's so satisfying to finish a candle 😁
Thanks for sharing!! I love burning and melting so that has really helped me get to a more reasonable collection. Although even what I have now is more than what I want from BBW. I feel like BBW is very easy for me to just buy what I need from each season instead of hoarding. Can't wait to get there!
Between single wicks and 3 wicks I have hundreds. I haven't counted lately, I swear they multiply like bunnies :)

Hi Melanie! Great video. You are so right, having so many candles can be overwhelming. I have way too many, so many, I find myself forgetting what I have. I have been going through parts of my collection and am going to list for sale on many and set aside some for gift giving. I definitely am not keeping those fragrances that are just ok or not my cup of tea. I no longer buy so many backups, my limit is 4 on my most favorite but normally now like to keep backups to 2 on those
I really enjoy. I am proud of you, you have done a fabulous job of controlling yourself and enjoying what you have, a lesson which is rubbing off on me thank goodness! I'm so glad you are making an effort to get through your stash as well. I really can't wait to reach my goal. After filming yesterday I totally thought it might be better to bring back a few of the extra backups I originally bought during the sale from the blends collection. Seeing how many I brought in during the sale kind of bummed out me out after seeing them all piled together lol.

🙈 I have 346 BBW 3-wicks, 54 single wicks and a handful of tester candles. I also have 78 Yankee Candles(including Woodwicks) 42 Goose Creeks and a few random from others brands. Some of the randoms include 5 Homeworx. Believe it or not I am trying to cut down on the amount I have but it is definitely a process. Thanks for sharing your collection! It's really encouraging because I remember how big your BBW collection used to be.
Do you have trouble with storage? If not, and it makes you happy, enjoy it ❤️ I think I just go through periods of being overwhelmed sometimes. After this video I actually decided to bring back the extra's I picked up during SAS from the blends collection. They are weaker than expected and while I LOVE the scents, I'd rather wait for them to come back and hopefully the next time they have more oomph to them.
@@MrKongsMom I actually have a couple of sturdy cabinets that I keep my candles in to keep the light off of them but it can be a little overwhelming. Also I found with the newer candles if I let them set for about 6 weeks, they get stronger. So maybe hold on to them for a little bit longer and see if that helps.🙂
Love these videos. I’m like you I don’t buy fancy clothes or shoes. But I do enjoy buying candles and wax melts. If that’s the worst addition I have I think I’ll be ok.

You’ve got a reasonable number of bbw candles! Good job! I’ve got about a 100. Hubby & I went ham on candle day and I found 75% off candles during SAS, so we stocked up. I love a good deal.

Actually I stopped selling on Mercari years ago. They were awful to deal with after I had multiple candles essentially stolen. I just gave up on selling candles after that. I really should burn these crimson velvet candles. It’s a lovely fragrance ❤️
Your dogs always make me really want to get a pug 😂😍 I enjoyed seeing your collection! I think I had over 50 B&BW candles at one point but this past year and a half or so I decided to really knuckle down and get burning and purchase much less and I think I have less than 15 now. My Scentsy stash is a completely different story though 🫢😂
Pug are the best! But a lot of work lol. I love getting through the BBW candles especially for some reason. I think BBW is totally a brand that I can just buy as need each season so whittling this one down has been pretty easy.
I greatly reduced a large B&BW collection. You’ve inspired me burn each B&BW candle fully before moving on. I’m down to 29-3 wicks (returned Prosecco & Peaches-no throw.) I’m focused on my Kringle Candle & HomeWorx collections, especially going into Autumn. 🍁
That is awesome! I just got back from returning 13 candles to BBW. Felt amazing! They were shocked that I was returning them though lol. Especially the blends since they were so popular.

Cool. Thanks for sharing your B&BW collection. 😉I have 30-3 wick jars & 5 single wick candles. I donated & gifted several & burned others to reduce the collection by 12 so far. My goal is to reduce the collection to less than 20. I’m focused on Kringle Candle & Homeworx, especially Autumn fragrances. 🍁

Thank you for sharing! I too am trying to burn through mine. I have about 75 BBW candles. I really don't buy as many candles from BBW anymore. I am finding myself ordering from Homework when they have good sales.
Their sales have been pretty good recently! I just placed a fall order with HomeWorx since they released the rest of the fall candles that were not in stock yet a couple weeks ago when fall started dropping over there.
Oh, I forgot to answer your question to us! I am hesitant, but here goes, couple hundred. As bad as that sounds, I do want to say that a good number of them date back from years ago, like 2015 - 2017 and came across some even older. So this out of hand collection of mine runs through like 10 years.

Nice! I love warm vanilla sugar and peppered plum and I hear it's back this year the peppered plum. I think I have about 100 candles.

Due to sooting as you know since we painted our house I’m no longer really buying candles I’m doing wax melts so my candle collection is probably down to 20-25 candles. My husband goes crazy every time I even lot one so it’s been difficult to even get through what I have

I have a ton of candles. I love bbw candles. Every year for my birthday and mothers day I get candles. I have a huge number of candles. I haven't counted but I'd say 150ish. Not all are bbw candles. I have alot I've found at yardsales and thrift stores!

They are starting to release some now! Check online. My store also had a few out in stores too.
I have about 115 BBW candles. I hardly bought anything this SAS. I have also decided to only buy something if I really love it and not because it’s just a good deal.

I probably have 4-6 flats under my guest bed. Some have the scentworx and some other brands mixed in. I felt like before my move I was doing really well buying a year/season ahead and using them up. Then we moved and I went a little hog wild again. 🤪😂
I felt so disappointed when I saw how far I came using up my BBW candles... only for the HomeWorx to explode lol. It's a work in progress I suppose.
Since I no longer burn(soot city), my collection is dwindling. Sadly the pink petal tea cake has zero throw when in the crock☹️

You have such good taste in fragrance! We do share some similarities in preference. I have always wanted to try Vanilla Balsam so definitely this year I’ll get one. I was lucky to find a original Slatkin and Co BBW Blackberry Grapefruit in a mini jar at a thrift store and I just can’t burn it! It’s too cute. I didn’t get much at SAS , I have no stores near me. I did however get my first Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun and wow !!! It’s amazing. I’m stocking up on that one now that it’s available. Do you still have a Mercari shop ? Didn’t see a link for it.

I did, I used to tell a lot of candles on Mercari until people started being shady. Back then Mercari immediately sided with the buyer over the seller and after losing several candles I thought, I'd rather just give these to my friends and family because they don't suck lol.
First- you look like Queen Elsa with your long cool toned hair!!!!! 💗. And second- so you date your candles or wax melts on the bottom? That’s something I do to help me remember to rotate mine and not let any got too old.
I just use the manufacture dates that on printed on the bottom to keep track. Usually the candles hold up fairly well so I don't necessarily feel like I have to ensure to burn the oldest first. But that would be a great thing to do with things like Scentsy or vendor wax!
Around 15-20 candles is what I like to keep however I work outside the house and don’t burn them until the evening. Will you posting any good sales or recommendations on Instagram? It’s the quickest way to be in the know. 😊😁
