I appreciate you kept the same art style and didn't go overboard with CC. I personally also have a default replacement for the eyes that I made from The Sims Medieval. It has the same art style, but it has more detail and depth than the original one.

I remember modding Sims 3 was so easy... Now on new PC it gives vibes like modding Skyrim xd With all the RAM I have, I hope the game will not be lagging on hairstyles and clothes... I always had a lot of those as I disliked most of the default content (it didn't look as good as mods) xd
They'd literally have to redo every animation in game, slightly modifying the angles of limbs so they still touch the model where they should. That would be so crazy for a modder.
I confuse. I try download 1 of these mods, mod exaggerated portrait sim mod, but can't open & can't extract files in my computer. Try extract in my smartphone is folder that mod but empty. Why can do that😕🌈🌈🌈🌈? Some mods The Sims 3 can't open & extract in my computer but other mods is can. Fortunately, smooth patch mod Ma'am Lazy Duchess is can extract & i follow instructions. Hope working as i hope.

It shouldn't matter! :) The only difference is that files in the Overrides folder have priority over files in the Packages folder, which helps players to decide which mods the game should load first.
Di you have a link with your PC specs pls? I have a 8g gaming pc I can use mods but as soon as I start adding cc it lags. The create a style tool doesn't work.
The light reflections in the eyes are mirrored - the eyes look like they each have a different light source that they reflect. Thanks to the little fix I talk about in the video, the sims' eyes reflect light in the same way!
@@SimMattically you got a link to more info about it couldnt find it? Is it only in live mode or in CAS too cause I don’t use CC and haven’t noticed it in CAS :S so could possibly still be in live mode
@@ViceCityExtra I think it's in both? Honestly, I installed this fix so long ago I don't remember! but since it doesn't bother you, maybe you shouldn't bother fixing it :D

I wonder if its simskincompositior thingy since I have that set to false in graphicsrules to make body hair not look like splattered paint.
They definitely should go to either Packages or Overrides folders. If you sure your other package mods work, but these from Buhudain don't, I'm not sure how to help. Maybe it's the matter of your graphics settings? I'm guessing here.
@@xBlackPanda Try to run the game only with the body mod (like - maybe rename your Packages and Overrides folders to something else and have another Packages folder with only that one mod inside) and check if that helps. Maybe it's conflicting with some other mod you have?
I think someone in the comments already had that issue in their game and all they had to do was go to CAS and refresh their Sim by changing something. :)

Yes, you can! There may be some misalignment of skin details (such as the position of fingernails or nipples), but it won't cause any real issues.

Question! So when i get cc my sim face turn either black or green how do i remove that? It happen with all the cc when i remove the cc they are gone 😔
In CAS, I would try changing the Sim's skin to a different one, then going back to the one you want (to refresh the texture).

@@ViceCityExtra Maybe! As you can see Shader Tweaks fix the body hair appearance, so maybe it's worth reverting the GraphicsRules change?

@@SimMattically I found the solution it was my fault. I had to change the sims in the cas and they got the skins after I change something :D

I tried playing with 4K sims textures but my game was taking too long to generate them causing lag, so I went back to the original value.
