So this is the playlist for that pulsemon deck for bt-16
4:29 The Pulsemon Player was not allowed to use the first part of Climbmon's [When Digivolving] Effect, because he only had 2 security. He was only allowed to play a Digimon with Pulsemon in it's text with a 6000 DP or less. On top of that, when he used the first part that requires 3 or more security, he actually drew 2 cards and trashed 2, which should be draw 2 and trash 1 instead.
Indeed you are correct, these were misplays we noted after.

Is there a deck profile for the Kazuchimon player? I'm planning to make it, but I'm a bit unsure how to do so with the green and yellow cards
Unfortunately we have moved into the BT17 meta and Kazuchimon wasn't really a super viable deck in the end. However the new looga uses Kazuchimon as one of its jogress source so you could look forward to that!
