I think there's a certain level of realism to nonsensical responses that indicate someone was only half-listening and didn't form a logically correct sentence, possibly because they're kinda drunk. That sort of stuff happens all the time. TV and movie conversations come off as somewhat artificial when all the characters perfectly understand each other's lines and nobody fumbles over their words. Real human conversations are full of misspoken sentences, confused misinterpretations, and utterances where the meaning comes across through intonation and context despite the mixed-up words. But story-telling works better when the dialogue is clear and people aren't spending a bunch of time clarifying what they meant to say, so scripts generally don't get written that way.

The dad being fine with someone else being gay but not his own child hits close to home for me. I've had to go little to know contact after learning that some of my family members are like this. They're fine with others being gay & even fine with me being an ally to them, but they will not go that extra step to accept me as being bi-romantic. People should never feel like they're something wrong them or shamed, especially by their family, for being who they are. Also, religion is no excuse to treat someone like garbage either. You can be religious & not have a burning hatred towards people just because they don't fit into this perfect little box you've been taught to fit into. Being straight & cis may be in the majority, but that doesn't mean it should be the norm while every other gender identity & sexuality is treated like it's wrong or a choose when it's neither of those things. I love listening to your videos when I need to relax and have a laugh. Or in your more serious videos it’s easy to pay attention to you and follow along, which is a lot for my ADHD brain but you make everything engaging.
It’s not just your lovely sounding voice but also your entire presence, you’re able to make light of dark situations and you have so much snappy and acerbic jokes that add so much to each video.
