Thermostat replacement in Whirlpool 330 L Protton fridge within one year of purchase

Whirlpool 330L Proton refrigerator was bought in Dec 2021. Vegetables were soaking wet. Technician came and set the thermostat knob lower close to minimum and asked us to observe. Even after 2 days of observation the problem continued. He then came and replaced the thermostat.

Sir mere is fridge me niche ki side cooling nahi ho raha hai.or uper vale me burf nahi jam rahi ??
