BIRDS OF LADAKH || PART -2 || 1080p HD || By PADMA GYALPO ||

A seemingly inhospitable high altitude cold desert of ladakh gives the impression of poor wildlife presence in the area. Although this might be true for some areas but ladakh is indeed the opposite. The diversity of avifauna in Ladakh has seen a tremendous addition of checklist from the past 5-6 years because of active participation of youths in birdwatching. Otto Pfister,2004 mentions around 315 species of birds recorded so far in Ladakh but as of mid 2022 we have recorded more than 400 and 407 to be the exact count. List of species are also added from Abbas,2001.
This part -2 deals with birds that I could make a vide from 2020-22. More videos of different species will be added soon categorically.
