For those of you wondering. Here is the release schedule of the remaining quicknotes guides. Please bear with me if they take a while to come out, these things are getting tedious to make =) 1.) Yoshimitsu 2.) Kazumi 3.) Jack-7 4.) Master Raven 5.) Claudio 6.) Hwoarang 7) Feng 8.) Asuka 9.) Josie 10.) Alisa 11.) Lili 12.) Xiaoyu 13.) Gigas 14.) Lucky Chloe 15.) Kuma & Panda 16.) Eddy
The effort you put in shows. Take your time. I dont want to speak for everyone but I appreciate the quality of your vids. Keep up the good work as usual brahh
Good job making a schedule, that's a great approach to your videos, but why geese is the latest? I think that's what people would like to watch the most due to meta
I made the schedule on a first come first serve basis. Whoever asked for a character first I added them to the list, if someone then asked for the same character then I wouldn't do anything. This actually means no one has asked for Eddy, LC, Bears, or Noctis yet. This also means the latest (new) request has been for Geese. Even though Geese is the newest trend right now I think sticking to the schedule is better in the long run. I've found that in not rushing these Quicknotes I've actually learned a lot of important things about characters that I wouldn't have otherwise if I had rushed through it (One example is the Devil Jin quicknotes, there are a lot of things I wished I would have added to it but I made it so long ago that it's kind of outdated =p).
cutcc I see, well maybe you are right if you look at it in such a perspective. Btw, mind sharing these things about DJ that you learned? That's actually my main so I think it would help me a lot to get past that usurper wall ^^. I would appreciate that a lot!
It's actually all in the description =). New things that I learned about Devil Jin I added in and put a note in parentheses that it's not shown in the video. Things of note are doing Df+2 to convert after Low Parries and CH B+4 and using F2+3 as a command kill for dash up "Neutral 2" into F3+4 ender for combos like Hellsweep, 1+4, 2, B+23 S!.
I made one little mistake when showing the Ws+3 CH combo for Akuma. The FADC version is shown twice in the video, and I forgot to include the normal version (damn lol). The meterless combo is a simple: CH Ws+3, Ws+4, 1, 43 S! 2~Dp+2
in the wall, transition from d+1,2 into raging demon (1~1,F,3~2) how do you do it so fast? Seems like after d+1,2 my akuma freezes for a millisecond... do you buffer the raging demon while akuma is still doing the d+1,2?
You dont happen to have the Text info on all the moves for Akuma in yout quick notes like you do on the other videos like geese, do you? or somewhere I can find the test to study. i love that part of your other quicknotes man!
Yea man if you look in the comments section where I talk about Standing Block Punishers etc--If you expand that you'll see the comprehensive QuickNotes in text form.
cutcc uhmm thats what im doin even i do as quick i can ,i thought they removed it on changelogs update ,i only do is back 1 then messatsu and its working ,but this down 1 2 into messatsu is really hard im trying right now ,hmmm i dont know where is my mistake?
You need do 11~F2+32 while the D+1,2 is happening. Try doing just D+1,2 a few times nothing else, notice how if you do D+1,2 really fast the entire string still plays out, that gives you a window of time to do 11~F2+3.
If you've ever played Street Fighter games it works the same way, as you're inputting a Special Cancellable normal like D+3 or Standing 2, buffer the first Qcf, and then input the 2nd Qcf and 1+2 as the move is done recovering. It sounds difficult but it's not--just gotta practice.
This. This is the definitive Akuma guide I've been looking for. Thank you so much for this hard work.

Really great videos maybe put the inputs next time but other than that this is the best video on akuma ive found on youtube
How do I get the bounce after b1 , demonflip kick? Everytime I do the demonflip kick opponent stays grounded T_T
Do DemonFlip 3 slightly faster than what you think the correct timing is.
thank you akuma feels like he can't contend woth pressure from the get go
any tips or button tricks to land raging demon on walled opponent after d12?
Yep it's in the description
in the wall, transition from d+1,2 into raging demon (1~1,F,3~2) how do you do it so fast? Seems like after d+1,2 my akuma freezes for a millisecond... do you buffer the raging demon while akuma is still doing the d+1,2?
There's a shortcut input you can do. Instead of D+1,2~1,1~F+3~2 it's D+1,2~1,1~F+2+3.
anyone got tips for connecting the demon flip screw attack after b+1? i usually only whiff the follow up or hit them grounded
practice more it got a very very strict timing
You dont happen to have the Text info on all the moves for Akuma in yout quick notes like you do on the other videos like geese, do you? or somewhere I can find the test to study. i love that part of your other quicknotes man!
Yea man if you look in the comments section where I talk about Standing Block Punishers etc--If you expand that you'll see the comprehensive QuickNotes in text form.
cutcc Thanks Dude! Cant wait to see some more mixbox videos, you think youll make the switch??
Probably not. But stay tuned, I have a really in depth Mixbox review video coming up explaining why =).
how can i take down 1 + 2 into a messatsu ? its not working for mw
Quickly do D+12, go into neutral and do 11~F2+3 immediately after.
cutcc uhmm thats what im doin even i do as quick i can ,i thought they removed it on changelogs update ,i only do is back 1 then messatsu and its working ,but this down 1 2 into messatsu is really hard
im trying right now ,hmmm i dont know where is my mistake?
cutcc 11~ F2+3 ? or 11~F3+2?
You need do 11~F2+32 while the D+1,2 is happening. Try doing just D+1,2 a few times nothing else, notice how if you do D+1,2 really fast the entire string still plays out, that gives you a window of time to do 11~F2+3.
cutcc ok i gonna try it now ,ill let you know if i encountered a problem thanks for it ;)
Hi! nice video! i have a question:
How can i very fast qcfqcf1+2? there is a tricks to do faster? or it work only with more more more practice?
If you've ever played Street Fighter games it works the same way, as you're inputting a Special Cancellable normal like D+3 or Standing 2, buffer the first Qcf, and then input the 2nd Qcf and 1+2 as the move is done recovering. It sounds difficult but it's not--just gotta practice.
How do you do on the wall d1,2 + rage art?
Check description. Its under instant raging demon tips
music name plz ?? i needc this !
