The Piccolo is the smallest in the Dolce Gusto line of coffee machines, and like the others it is a single-serve style of brewer. So the rapid brewing process lets you brew a cup right when you want it. Thank you for your email. Well of course that was the problem! The Starbucks were too small hence the issue. Bought 2 boxes of Gusto, just had the Cafe au Lait and it is FABULOUS!!!! Thank you

Thanks,just bought one the jet was blocked but found the pin at back.
I find I can never get the ratio right. The other machines have the different bar settings on but with this one you have to guess. Do you have any suggestions on how to make the perfect coffee each time? Thanks!

No, my one seems happy after a minute to make another drink.
Just wondering re question below could it be the pods I am using? I have Starbucks which I thought were compatible? They come in a long thin box not a square box- I got them in Waitrose. Could they be the wrong size?
Does it say Dulce Gusta on the packet of Starbucks produce coffee in many formats ? Only Dolce gusto pods which are quite big chunky round will fit that Machine
How do you like the taste of the cappucino, other variations and the coffee in general? Considering to buy this machine.

The water is not coming out at all in mind I have tried giving it a quick bang but nothing it’s not getting hot either
This is almost certainly the tank is not correctly Doctor that my look like it is it’s only reason I can think of that you’re getting no water through into the unit so please make sure the little spray valve is working correctly the bottom and re-dock the tank
I just bought one of these and no matter what I do the water just drips through, there is no pressure at all 😞
I think the water tank is not docked correctly. It needs quick a bang to get it in .

Hello Again! I returned my machine and received a new one today. This machine not only doesn't pierce the pod but the water shoots out to the LH side? Am I jinxed. How is it possible 2 machines are faulty? Help!!

I’m afraid it sounds it sounds your machine is faulty . As long as you are pushing machine lid down firmly it should be fine . When you take pod out are there holes in it after use ?

As long as they are in dolce gusto format . The ones I’ve seen are tassimo format which won’t work

do not buy Piccolo XS i have it from one year and now i have problems with this make me watery coffee and very bitter this model is creating problems very fast i suggest you to buy expensive models they are better i have in my second home Jovia and is way better
