I was one of the first people to get emerald armor back in the day, and it definitely had its place as the most survivable armor. There was also no cap on how much health and defense you could get, so it was effectively as good as you could make it. The treasure hoarders made 15m per hour til mining v4 and, it's an early game money making method... Its still meta for early game up to this day (people recommend it a lot on the dwarves mines)
pigman sword is still usefull for eman slayer once you first start doing t4 since the defense can actually be enough to keep you alive if you struggle. also by the way you shouldnt use withered on atomsplit, fabled is actually better dps
Back then you could spam the pigman sword's right click ability because it doesn't have a cooldown and high ability damage resulting in one shotting most of the mobs and the admins nerfing it quickly. Fast forward today, newer weapons could also one shot most of the mobs XD

personally i can solo f6 in mastiff armor with pooch sword, so it's not like terrible
