🌶️ We spent the day in Paris eating spicy food and doing arts and crafts. Paris’ 11th arrondissement allowed us, two Americans living in France, to experience some of the best that France’s capital city has to offer - delicious meals and entertaining activities! We headed to Biscuit Atelier for a two-hour ceramic glazing session where we customized our very own cups. Not only did we have a great time, but we think the final products turned out amazing! We also tried Málà Xiāngguō, a delicious Chinese dish made to share, at Mala Boom. While the spice level almost got the best of Jalen, we enjoyed trying something new! Finished cups looked really nice, kinda store level.
I actually went round and round with a lady today who works at a grocery store about my upcoming move, near Aix. "Why would you leave America?! No country is perfect!" And another guy here on youtube, "Europe is boring and crowded and no interesting scenery!" I'm always blown away by people who've never been anywhere. Just shocked, every time.
We are so very happy with the little life we have built for ourselves here! 🫶🏻🫶🏾 People are often confused as to why we’ve moved from the US to France as well. You have nothing to prove to anyone, and others don’t have to understand! 🙂

But when I hear the LEVEL of resistance when I talk about leaving-it's like, this doesn't affect you, WHY are freaking out? hahah.
