Thanks, Ralph. I own this mute and love the sound of it. However, I found it hard to keep on the bell of my horn. I used to play in a small group, and we'd play in a lot tight spaces in restaurants and the lighting wasn't always good. It was really easy to knock this mute off the bell and it's a little tricky to get back on, so I stopped using it. I'm not playing any gigs lately, so after watching this, maybe I'll play with the soulo again. Also, you angle it off the bell you can get a more open sound, if that's what you want. Anyway thanks for reminding me about it.
I agree with you 100 percent. And also playing inside of restaurants with a trumpet can be frustrating. It's not for everyone. Keep playing and good luck.
Muted without the muffle sound ...this sounded very well...played in tune...thx Ralph.
That's good news. If it works for what you do. Then use it. Thanks for the feed back.
It sounds great, Ralph!
I will try it on a gig and see how it works.

Soulo Mute - a great bucket!
Its a decent mute.
@@ralphdavella554 I've brought it out on many gigs. I dig that it's adjustable. I'm not aware of any other bucket that is adjustable like that.
@@JoshRzepkaMusic Yes thats right. i am glad to hear you used on gigs and that you also think it is worth using. Keep in touch.
