There was a TV show years ago that offered to pay for a guy to get extensive plastic surgery. He got EVERYTHING done, including cheek and chin implants. He didn't look ANYTHING like he did before, and before he was a pudgy unattractive man. After he recovered from all of the procedures he was a good looking guy. He instantly turned into an arrogant conceited jerk. He was a nice guy before with plenty of friends but just a few months after the surgeries he had no friends left. His entire life women rejected him and then they were attracted to him and he started to think he was Brad Pitt and irresistible to all women. He could have had a great life and found a good wife. He had a decent paying job already. He learned the hard way about what really matters in life. I always wondered what happened to him.
Do you remember the guy's name or the name of the show? There are some things that can happen that are not all his fault. It depends a lot of who people are and why they do the surgery. To start, some friends of "before" do resent friends who improve their life - and start to spread the word they are not the same, they become arrogant. Some succeed in influencing all the friends in cutting ties with the friend that "used to be a failure" but is not anymore. There is this side of the coin as well - just wanted to share it.

I had always wondered if someone got everything done could you take an unattractive overweight person and make them good looking, turned out that you can. I bet today the procedures are even better.
@@damianayre2130 Many Hollywood big stars from the golden age were subjected to plastic surgery BEFORE they turn to become famous. Guys and Girls. The biggest the star - the biggest the procedure. Some names: Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable (who had fake teeth). Its possible to change a person but for what I've watch from the Swan... they all turn to be alike. Such are the standards this days. One has to keep their unikness or enance it.
i remember there was a south korean show called 'let me in', the same concept as this. pretty sure there was a thai spin-off as well.

That was a really cute story. The ending could have ben more meaningful? But was still heartwarming. As you get older, looks become less important and the inside of a person becomes much more i portsnt. Never judge a book by it's cover. Take the time to read a few chapters :)

No matter what weight you are, You don't have to get plastic surgery or take pills to be slimmer. But, You also aren't "wrong" for doing that. If plastic surgery is done for YOU, To make YOU feel better about yourself, And not make other people like you, Or it's a medical necessity, Who cares if you do it. It's your life.
Don’t encourage others to not use plastic surgery, some medical situations make plastic surgery necessary.

I was so impressed with the film and would give it two thumbs up! But the ending was such a letdown and surprise! Sad to know that so many successful artists (singers) find themselves in the grip of such kinds of problems as drugs and the wrong kind of company. The whole rest of her life was truly inspirational, and I loved the story!
