I have experienced many advocates took money from both sides and keep silence in courts room toward own clients case. It's totally misused of proffession by advocates.
Lawyers n advocates are not totally faithful to their clients. They act selfishly to earn more money n are absent on court hearings to stretch the cases more...they start playing dirty games...start making dirty deals with the opposite party for financial benefit n in this process his client suffers....all a commercial money making racket.
My father is an crpf constable. he discharged from the service in 2002 but my father did not get any benefit from govt. Petition filed in hc for service pension and gratuity .how much time to clear the case in high court.please reply sir
Better to sealing to advacate 20 Or 25 nos case only file . Once clear then file to new.case.And e-court web also provide plaintiff, dependent, judge who wanted & how many time they get it adjourned in history.
Sir since last year June due to a false case by police my father was wrongly Arrested in 411. due to lack of No knowledge about law, so I approached a Advocate from my relatives suggested me. So the Advocate informed me to pay the Fees in one Shot payment, of 1 lakh rupees, sir I paid the advocate in one time itself, then the Advocate started playing games with me. Sir only 2 days are required for passing the bail in court, the Advocate took almost 16 days and the Advocate took my house surety and finally went with the police and played dirty games with my family. So sir what should I do ? & he has messed up the case in the court.
Sir when I enquired with other Advocates they told me only 20000 is the Fees along with cash surety & bail within 2 days guaranteed. So sir with such kinds of Advocates what should I do & in times of difficulty the Advocate favoured the police, Even though my dad was a innocent man he is un educated.
Sir my father is an rtc conducter .so ,he has filed a case against rtc in 2002 for his increment cut due to worng punch by mistake due to rush and he paid fee to advocate but case is delayed, in 2014 my father expired What could be the reason for delay and what should I do now
