I want to inquire about something. If she is a teacher, how could she get that position? Because I see the requirements related to that position and ask about managing some software/programs. Should I have to keep that in mind? I mean, if I see a very good vacancy and want to apply, does not matter at all if I have not ever managed the mentioned programs/software experience? I have stopped applying for some positions because of this, I am always afraid that in the interview the client see all my skills but that specific experience. Thanks!
