This video is amazing! This looks like a natural amusement park. We love that you can swim with the dolphins! Birthplace of the hammock seems like a great place to chill out.
Hola amigos! We're so sorry for the late response, we are trying to catch-up all of our comments and messages. Yes, so fa has been the best amusement park we've visited in Mexico, we 100% recommend it if you are in the Riviera Maya 🤗🙏. The hammocks will make you sleep after a nice swim in the river 🌊 🌴
@@WITYTRAVELS Yes, we had a last we cannot believe that is over 😔. but we are very happy for this new chapter. Thank you guys and we hope you have had an amazing Christmas 🎄🤶
Hahaha, yesss 😅🙌🇲🇽 it’s definitely one of my favorite things I’ve picked up from living here and can’t imagine living the rest of my life without owning a hammock 🙏 do you have set up in your house yet? They’re realllly great for the hot summer months 🙌
Yeah, we Mexicans are very patriotic and seeing this show well put together, created very good emotions, so tears were inevitable 🤭🤩. We are happy you and your niece enjoyed the park, the night show is the cherry on the cake of Xcaret 🥰🥰

I enjoyed the full package with my niece the last week of August 2022, we enjoyed the park and Cenotes, lunch and Dinner show. My niece and I are from Honolulu Hawaii 🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸
Hola Kerry 🤗 You must have had an amazing time, you were in summer so those cenote must have felt so refreshing 😋. Simone's dream is visit Hawaii, do you guys currently live in Honolulu?
Hola Shernora 🤗, Awww thank you for your sweet words amiga 🙏. Seatreak would be a great option if you do not do snorkelling, this is like diving but with the fact that you will be walking on the sand-bed. 🥰 Are you planning to stay until the night show? What other activities are you planning to do?
Hola amigo 👋👋 Thank you so much for watching, we are glad you found this video informative. Are you planning to visit the park? Thanks again and happy new year 🙏🥳🎉
We will come to Playa in the middle of February and I.cannot.wait! I Have watched half of your videos in past few days (:D) and they are a huuuge help! Thank you for the time and effort invested in them. I originally thought I will skip Xcaret but based on this video I think I will reconsider. Warm greetings from snowy Estonia!
Hola Kadri 👋👋 Awesome, you might be counting down the days 🤭 Awww thank you so much, it really means a lot to us reading this ❤️, thank YOU guys for taking the time in watching them and commenting as well 🙏. Xcaret is kind of a MUST if you come to the area, we bet you will have a great time, especially if you stay during the night show, it's INCREDIBLE. Wonderful guide to Xcaret Park and very helpful. We will be there next week and can't wait any second. BTW, are you allowed to fly a drone over the park? I have DJI Mini 4 Pro, which is less than 250g.
Aw, thank you so much Harriman After this video, we went there another 2 times for leisure and flying drones are not allowed. Hi, great video, just a Q on tipping? We're coming from Ireland and we conscious that we want to respect andcreward good service.. what is an appropriate tip for bar tenders and table staff?
Hola Damian, Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Typically in this region of Mexico the minimum is 15% on top of your final check, 20% is considered great service and anything above that is AMAZING for the servers and for bartenders USD $2 per round of drinks. Oh no! I was so into this video I didn't realize it was the end! Are there taxis available from the parks? We will be staying at an Airbnb and I'm trying to figure out transportation to and from parks.
Awwwww thank you so much Yessenia, this flatters us 🤭🤭. Yes they are, but prices are a bit higher because they’re “site” taxis but to be honest if you do not have a car, taxis will be the best option to get back to your Airbnb. You might save some money by getting there via Colectivos that you can take at Chedraui Centro supermarket and you only have to say you’re going to Xcaret and they will drop you right Xcaret bus stop and a shuttle will take you to the park. We hope this info is very useful and helps you plan your trip to this amazing park 🤩🤩🇲🇽🙏🏼
I love your videos - I watched your day at Xel-Há Park and this one, if you had to choose one park between Xel-Há Park and XCARET - which park did you enjoy most? (I don't think I can do both)
*Hola Shade* 👋👋 Awww, thank you so much 🙏 It is a hard question! but we will explain this way: If it's your first time in Mexico, and you are going to be only in the Riviera Maya, we would choose Xcaret, because the park shows you a little bit of the culture and traditions of each state in the country, and the show is AMAZING. Xel-ha is great too, but it is more like for a relaxing day, snorkeling, and all you can eat and drink. Answering your question: Xcaret will be the winner! 🤭🤩
*If* at the end you decide on one of the parks or perhaps both 🤭 you can find our affiliate link to the official website of each park here: Xel-ha: shrsl.com/3tzdm Xcaret: shrsl.com/3tzdw we get a little kickback that helps us to create more videos like this. Muchas gracias 🙏🤩
Great vlog guys we have seen some vlogs on that place before and it looks like its got even better one day we will be there thanks guys and Merry Christmas too you both
Hola Terry 🤗🙋♀️thank you so much for watching! Ah, you absolutely have to visit one day - the park is tons of fun and such a great representation of Mexico 🇲🇽🤩 thank you, and a very merry Christmas to you and Hazel 🤗🇲🇽

Hola Holly 👋🏼👋🏼. Thank you so much for watching our video, yes Xcaret is absolutely fantastic. So have you visited before? What was your favourite part in the park? 🤭.
@@ForTheRoadTravels I have visited the park before but aim to visit the hotel in the future so I can visit all the other parks in that trip included for free :) keep up the great videos :)
Hola Grace, 🤗 Thank you very much for watch and commenting, we really appreciate it 🙏. Good question the rivers of Xcaret flow about 16.4 ft below the ground. They have an extension of 656 yards approximately and an average depth of 5 ft. You will find intermediate exits, in case you want to finish your tour before the end. They also provide life jackets and all along the river there are life guards making sure everything is going well with the people, we are pretty sure you will enjoy the experience. 🏊♂️ Any other activity are you planning to do at Xcaret? Saludos amiga 🤗
That’s fantastic to hear - it really is a wonderfully designed park 🤩🤩 hahaha, but also wayyy too big for just one day 😅 glad to hear you’re coming back - we hope you enjoy it just as much the second time around 🙌🇲🇽🥳
Hola Jerome 🤗, Thank you for watching, we really appreciate it 🙏. Well, based in our experience, we strongly recommend the Xcaret Plus package, because includes lunch buffet, lockers & snorkel equipment. 😉. We did not do the dolphins activity but the prices are around USD $99 per person. Yes, you can pay with car, cash and also USD and Pesos are accepted 💰. We hope this is helpful for you and you have gotten valuable info out of our video 👍 🎥. Saludos from PDC 🌴 🇲🇽
Hola amig@ 👋👋 Thank you very much for your comment this makes our day 🥰. Sure, we found this information on the official brochure from Xcaret Park, but as you say in the website there is nothing that confirms it. However they have a live chat and any of the sales representatives can assist you with the information and having a screen shot of it can be enough to prove it 🙏. We hope this helps you to keep planning your trip to Mexico 🇲🇽. Saludos desde PDC 🌴and wishing you have a great Saturday 🤗
*Hola Keeley* 👋 Getting there by Taxi is easier and faster for sure, but can be very expensive. If you are staying at a hotel we'd highly recommend adding the Xcaret transportation to your tickets, to save all the hustle 🤭. There is a taxi site right at the exit of the park, so you will easily get one, but as we mentioned before, it can be so expensive. We hope this info helps you, and thank you for watching our video 🫶 If you haven’t bought your tickets yet, you can find our affiliate link to the official website of the park here, shrsl.com/3tzdw we get a little kickback that helps us to create more videos like this. Hola Monica 👋👋 Thank you so much for watching, are you planning on visit Xcaret? if you do you will love the park, we recommend to get as they open as well as pre-plan some of the areas you would be interested to visit to get the most out of the park. Thank you again for watching, sending you all the great vibes from PDC 🤩🙏🥰
I'm going to xcaret in 2 weeks. I already bought my admission and like the idea of coming back a second day. Do they just give you the 50% off if you buy it at the park on the first day?
*Yes*, we went to Xcaret to work on a project about a month ago, and at the exit we heard that you could purchase the 2nd day at 50% off, as well when we were at the scenic tower in the speakers mentioned that. The day when you arrive, at the counter, we're pretty sure they will help you with it! 🤩🙌
Hola Nancy 🤗 Great question! No, unfortunately, the only way to get to Isla Mujeres is from Cancun Puerto Juarez ferry port or the one located in the hotel zone. In fact, is faster going from PDC to Cancun via car/bus/Colectivo and then taking the ferry to I.M. We hope this information, really helps you, Nancy. Saludos, sending you great vibes from PDC.🌊 🇲🇽
Hello, I am watching from Los Angeles, California. I will be there the first week of February... do you think the weather or water is cold during that time? Also, how can I ensure the best seats possible for the night show? Thank you
Hola Diane, Excellent, nice to read a viewer from L.A 🤩 If you're used to the weather in L.A. here in PDC gets a bit colder for us, we're used to the Caribbean weather almost year-round, but will not be a big deal for you guys! In regards to guaranteeing seats, will be purchasing the dinner package ( *Grand Tlachco Dinner)* where you can choose the seats, but if not, we highly recommend getting there at least 1hr before the show, so you have a higher chance to grab good seats. If you haven’t bought your tickets, you can find our affiliate link to the official website of the park here, shrsl.com/3tzdw we get a little kickback that helps us to create more videos like this. Muchas gracias 🙏🤩
Hola Megan 🤗🤗 Yes, there are all around the park, as well you will find staff on the main alleyways where you can ask to be pointed out where the refill stations are located. For those specific stations yes the water is drinkable and safe, in other faucets we do not recommend drink the water 🤭🤭 can make your stomach very upset 🙏. Thank you for watching and we hope this information is very helpful for you. Have a great day Megan 🤗🤗🇲🇽
Hola Noor 🤗 Those are river shoes we bought them at a supermarket in Playa del Carmen before going to Xcaret Park, the park also sells them but usually are double the price, so if you want to save some bucks buy them before you go ☺️🥰. Saludos desde PDC
We are doing a cruise this March and I have been doing some research on this part we want to do it as a excursion I'm just a little worried about the odds of a snake in the river?
Hola Tator 🤗 Awesome, so the cruise will allow you to be in Playa del Carmen for couple of hours or the entire day? The times we've swam in the underground rivers of the region, we've never have experienced any type of snake in the water, so we'd say you'll be totally fine 🤩🙏
Hola William 👋 First and foremost, thank you for watching and commenting in our video. Yes, we highly recommend using the water stations, it is actually purified/filtered water and it's totally safe to drink; we (locals) cannot even drink from the tap, or at least we should not because it can make us sick too 🤭. We suggest bring a water bottle and use them as the price of a bottle of water at the park is around 5 USD for 500ml, a bit overpriced 🤭. Thank you so much for watching amigo 🤗
If you haven’t bought your tickets, here you can find the direct link to the official website of the park, by using this link shrsl.com/3tzdw we get a little kick back that helps us to create more videos like this. Muchas gracias 🙏 🤩
My husband and I are planning to visit PDC in July and have been seeing all your videos! I understand how to get to XCaret via collectivos, but still can't figure out how to return to PDC...are there ADO buses? Or only taxis?
*Hola amiga* 👋👋 Awww, thank you so much for supporting our content, we truly appreciate it 🫶🙏. You could take another colectivo at night the only thing at 10pm is the last bus that takes you from the park to the highway to grab the colectivo back to PDC, so you'll have to run in order to catch it if you stay at the end of the show. The last ADO bus departs at 9:35pm from the park, so you will be missing the end of the show. The 2 times we've been at the park we have taken a taxi, and there's an Xcaret taxi site available. Perhaps, renting a car for the day could be an option if you do not want to be in rush: shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1315444&u=3301007&m=85935&urllink=&afftrack= Or perhaps adding the Xcaret transportation 🤷♂️ We hope this info is helpful, and we wish you great vacations when you come to PDC
If you haven’t bought your tickets, you can find our affiliate link to the official website of the park here 👉 shrsl.com/3tzdw we get a little kick back that helps us to create more videos like this. Muchas gracias 🙏🤩
Hey Elizabeth ☺️ as far as we saw, there are only lockers available in the ‘Plus zone’, which you gain access to by paying for the Plus Entrance Fee - this is right near the entrance of the park🙌 we found that just carrying a small bum bag around the park all day was the easiest and we went back to the locker area just before the night show to change into dry clothes ☺️ all we really carried with us was a bit of cash, our phones and our cameras ☺️ we hope you have an incredible time at Xcaret - it’s so much fun 🤩🌴
@@ForTheRoadTravels sounds good! Thank you for always being so informative. Btw you mentioned you took a taxi back from Xcaret to PDC, do you remember like an estimate of how much they charged you? And/or is there any colectivos running @ night time around the time when the show is over to return to back to PDC?
Hola Amig@ 🤗 Yes, this was the beginning of December, and indeed was a bit cold. The water in the river tends to be a bit chilly as the water source comes from underground, however, we found it very pleasant during spring and summer when the temperature is quite high and nothing like a nice swim in the Cenotes or beach 🤩. Are you planning a trip to Playa del Carmen / Riviera Maya? Sending you great vibes from PDC 🌊 🇲🇽🤗
Oh wow i just saw ur response. I had to watch your video again and was about to ask something when i saw it. Cant believe its been a year. Yes. Finally God willing we will be going in 2 weeks (3rd week of june) thank you. ❤
Hey Jessica ☺️☺️ oh my gosh, they’ve integrated the park into the jungle so wonderfully, it really is stunning 🙌🌴 masks seemed to be encouraged in closed/indoor spaces, but we were actually encouraged to remove our masks for the water activities ☺️ hopefully that helps 🙌 if you do visit the park, we hope you have a wonderful time 🌴🇲🇽
Hola GP 👋🏼👋🏼 Thank you so much for watching our video 👀. We actually visited the park on November 31st if we are not wrong was a Tuesday 🤭🤭. We actually arrived as the park opened but around 11am the park was getting quite busy 🤭🤭.
Hi, how can I book a ride to and from my hotel if I book tickets online from their website? I fear if I buy Expedia tour they won’t let me stay late for the night show.
Hola Mahnoosh 👋👋 Thank you very much for watching! We believe the booking of the bus ride hotel-park-hotel is only via the Xcaret website. The *Xcaret* tickets include access to the night show, the only thing is if buying through Expedia, they only have certain hours to get you guys back to your hotel. 🤔 We’d recommend buying the tickets from the official website of the park as it’s how we have done it for all the parks we’ve visited ℹ️ If you haven’t bought your tickets, you can find our affiliate link to the official website of the park here, shrsl.com/3tzdw we get a little kickback that helps us to create more videos like this. Muchas gracias 🙏🤩
Hola Ashley 🤗🤗 Thank you so much for watching 🙏. We took our camera during the dry activities and while we were swimming at the River we left it in the lockers, during the wet activities we were using an action camera 😎🤗. Saludos amiga 🤙
Hola Annie, yes it's *one* person, and usually, if you have a big bag they will provide you a slightly bigger locker, but we recommend taking the necessary as they are pretty tight even the bigger ones 🫶❤️
Hola Jay D 👋👋 We typically use 2 cameras a Canon M50 for the ground shots, and a Osmo Action for vlogging and water/underwater shots 😊. Are you planning on visiting Xcaret Park ? Thank you very much for watching our videos 🙏, we really appreciate it

That's a great explanation of this enormous place. It looks a bit complicated in order to get the most out of that venue. Sort of like Disneyworld as you mentioned. This helps a lot as we plan to visit there in 2022. Nice job! And Simon, let's hear more Spanish from you! You have very good pronunciation. Keep it going!
Hola Ruben, thank you so much for coming back for another episode 🥰 Thank you so much, we're really glad our explanation was clear. Yeah, because the park is so huge and so enclosed within the jungle, it really can get confusing 🤨We just know that you guys are going to LOVE it, it's such a beautiful representation of Mexico 🇲🇽Are you guys planning a full tour of the region? Aaaah, thank you Ruben, I am a little shy but have been pushing myself to try speak more Spanish, so that means a lot ☺️☺️ We're wishing you and your loved ones a beautiful festive season 🥰
@@ForTheRoadTravels I only started discovering Mexico a few years ago. Shamefully, I usually opted for major US cities and never gave the land of my ancestors much thought because of all the bad press regarding narcos and kidnapping everywhere supposedly. So I don't know the Yucatan, other than a 6-hour cruise stop and a two-hour visit to Chichen Itza. I've been a couple of times to CDMX and Oaxaca for a week each, and Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan, again only by quick cruise land tours. Seeing you guys just venture out with a "Why not?" attitude always motivates me. I hope one of these times I am in Mexico, my wife and I will treat you guys to lunch or dinner! That would be awesome! Of course, I want you guys to connect with me if you ever venture out to Southern California, Orange County in the beach communities where we live. We'd love to show you around. Please keep your videos coming. I always look forward to them. Feliz Navidad!
@@adolfohernandez3395 Hola Ruben, sorry for the late response on this comment, we are just catching up all the video comments and wedding messages 🤭🤭. Definitely Mexico is more than what is portrait by the media, It`s a country full of culture, history , traditions and much more 🕌. We try to show as much as the real Mexico in our TH-cam channel and at the same time showing to Simone how beautiful is my country, but not only that, I do also learn more from Mexico that makes me so proud being born in such amazing place 🥰. OMG It will be a pleasure meet you up for a meal and we love California and definitely we will contact you if are going around the area! 🤗. Thank you Ruben and wife, we wish you guys have had an awesome Christmas and wishing you have a Happy New Year 🥳🎉🎊. Feliz Navidad y Prospero Año Nuevo de S&G
Aside from the Xcaret offered and little expensive transportation ride, what are the options to use to to and from the park? which one did you guys use? Thanks
Yes, Xcaret park transportation is actually quite expensive to be honest. Nevertheless we used the public transportation called "colectivos" (pretty safe and well organised) also very affordable. As we left the park late after the show and tired we just took taxi back to home. 😌. When we visited the Xplor and Xenses as they are kinda half day parks we used the "colectivos" round trip. In our Xenses video we show how we took the colectivo and where we got dropped and how we arrived to the park (Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses are located in the same complex) We hope the info have been helpful GP 🤗
@@ForTheRoadTravels how much was your taxi on the way back ? From Xcaret to PDC like a 20 min ride right? And is there colectivos that late at night if you were to have rode back with them after the show?
There will be some colectivos but it’s a bit harder to catch them as on the way back to PDC there are not colectivos stops (at least on the Xcaret area). Only when you arrive. We cannot remember exactly how much they charged us, but if we can estimate was around 300 pesos 🧐
Love your content, you guys are out guide to the trip we are planning in next few days.. thanks for such good videos and tips.. do you think rains will impact going to XCARET and Xplore? - we are in Cancun and Playdel Carmen from Dec 25 to Dec 31st (thanks in advance)
Hola Ritesh 👋👋 Awwww thank you so much amigo 🙏🤩 Not really, at least for Xplor (for us) it does not matter if rains or not, but for Xcaret is better to experience with not rain 🤗, however Xcaret has weather guarantee tickets not 100% sure but if you notify 24 hours in advance, you'd be able to re-schedule. Here in PDC has not rain in the past few days, well just some showers like 15-30 mins and the weather has been great, we love PDC December climate 🤭🤗.
If you guys haven't bought your tickets, here are the direct links for the Xcaret & Xplor official website. Xcaret: shrsl.com/3tzdw Xplor: shrsl.com/3tze5 These are affiliate links, and we get a little kick back when buying from them, but if you have bought them, we hope you guys enjoy and we are sure you'll have a blast in the parks 🤩🙏
Hola Danielle 🤗🤗, Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Yes, the park can be confusing, but the are staff members walking around the park as well as little guest informations stands where they can help you with any doubt. We strongly suggest check the map *( which is available online )* and kind of prepare yourself before you go, as we mentioned in this video the park is massive and it's hard to explore it in one single day 🤩. We hope this information is very helpful for you 🙏
Hola again Danielle 🙏 The fastest and easy option would take a taxi; unfortunately Uber is not an option in PDC *We talk about how to get around Playa del Carmen in our most recent video* . Otherwise, there are minivans that can drop you at the main highway entrance to the Xcaret park, and a bus will pick you up at the station (complimentary from the park), this is the most affordable option to get to the park, Xcaret also provides transportation you can add-on while buying your tickets online, they can even offer pick-up and drop-off from your hotel, but not all hotels are listed, so you will need to make sure if Xcaret buses can pick you up from the hotel you have chosen to stay at, nevertheless if this option is not available for your accommodation they will provide a pick-up location for convenience 😉. We hope this information is very helpful for you Danielle. Thank you so much for watching our videos and commenting, really helps us out 🤗 🤗 .
Hola Trina 🤗, Thank you very much for watching our Xcaret video 🙏. No, we did not add transportation as we live near the park in Playa del Carmen and we got via Colectivos (Mini Vans) that rides all along the highway, this is the most affordable way. However, it can be better to book via the Xcaret page for you if you are staying in a hotel far from Playa del Carmen. 🤗 Thank you again for watching, and we hope you found our video helpful. 🥰
Does anyone know to get the second day half off that they mentioned at 13:56? I tried to google how to get that but there’s nothing about that specific promotion anywhere? Is it still going on?
*Hola AR,* 👋 We believe this promo is only available once you visit the park, at the exit, you announce the 2nd day at Xcaret for half the price or something like that, unfortunately, this is the only way. Hi Monique, thank you so much for watching our video 😃🤗 And thank you so much for the feedback, we both really appreciate it ☺️ Coming from another English speaking country, I've already changed a fair bit of my verbiage and have dropped all the colloquialism and slang I grew up learning, in order to be more understandable on this side of the world. I'm working with each vlog to talk more slowly, but in the end, I will always stay true to myself and don't feel like completely changing the way I speak is in alignment with that philosophy. Again, thanks for the feedback and we hope you enjoy your trip to Mexico 🇲🇽☀️
Hey amiga ☺️☺️ All three of those are included in general admission - the only things you saw in the video that isn't included is locker rental and the buffet 🙌 We'd recommend the VIP admission if possible because of the buffet. But you can always take you own snacks into the park if you're on a bit more of a budget 🇲🇽🌴 Enjoy your trip to Mexico 🇲🇽
@@rubiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Not sure where you saw a "VIP" admission we were looking into the Xcaret website but could not find anything, we found the option of Xcaret Total Admission which in comparison with the Xcaret Plus, an extra activity is added i.e.: Sea Trek or Adrenalina. Hola Damian,

(I don't think I can do both)
*Hola Shade* 👋👋
Awww, thank you so much 🙏
It is a hard question! but we will explain this way:
If it's your first time in Mexico, and you are going to be only in the Riviera Maya, we would choose Xcaret, because the park shows you a little bit of the culture and traditions of each state in the country, and the show is AMAZING.
Xel-ha is great too, but it is more like for a relaxing day, snorkeling, and all you can eat and drink.
Answering your question: Xcaret will be the winner! 🤭🤩

Hola Crystal, are you planning to visit Xcaret? you will love it 🤩. Do not skip the show is AMAZING 🥰.
Is Rio Azul deep? I’m going to XCaret this July and I don’t know how to swim but would love to experience Rio Azul.
Hola Grace, 🤗
Thank you very much for watch and commenting, we really appreciate it 🙏. 🏊♂️

What package should I get? I notice there’s multiple ones. Also how much is for the dolphins? Can you pay with card? Cash? Dollars or pesos?
Hola Jerome 🤗,
Thank you for watching, we really appreciate it 🙏.
Awesome video! How do you get the second day pass 50% off? I can’t confirm this anywhere.
Hola amig@ 👋👋
Thank you very much for your comment this makes our day 🥰.
Is it best to get a taxi there? How easy is it to get a taxi back to Playa?
*Hola Keeley* 👋
Getting there by Taxi is easier and faster for sure, but can be very expensive. If you are staying at a hotel we'd highly recommend adding the Xcaret transportation to your tickets, to save all the hustle 🤭. There is a taxi site right at the exit of the park, so you will easily get one, but as we mentioned before, it can be so expensive.

Hello, do you know if there is an Isla Mujeres tour directly from PDC. TY
Hola Nancy 🤗
Great question!

Hello,
I am watching from Los Angeles, California. I will be there the first week of February... do you think the weather or water is cold during that time? Also, how can I ensure the best seats possible for the night show?
Thank you
Hola Diane,
Excellent, nice to read a viewer from L.A 🤩
If you're used to the weather in L.A. here in PDC gets a bit colder for us, we're used to the Caribbean weather almost year-round, but will not be a big deal for you guys!
In regards to guaranteeing seats, will be purchasing the dinner package ( *Grand Tlachco Dinner)* where you can choose the seats, but if not, we highly recommend getting there at least 1hr before the show, so you have a higher chance to grab good seats.

Are the water bottle refill stations easy to find? Also is it safe water?
Hola Megan 🤗🤗
Yes, there are all around the park, as well you will find staff on the main alleyways where you can ask to be pointed out where the refill stations are located. For those specific stations yes the water is drinkable and safe, in other faucets we do not recommend drink the water 🤭🤭 can make your stomach very upset 🙏.
Thank you for watching and we hope this information is very helpful for you. Have a great day Megan 🤗🤗🇲🇽
What shoes are you wearing when you jumped into the river
Hola Noor 🤗
Those are river shoes we bought them at a supermarket in Playa del Carmen before going to Xcaret Park, the park also sells them but usually are double the price, so if you want to save some bucks buy them before you go ☺️🥰. Saludos desde PDC
We are doing a cruise this March and I have been doing some research on this part we want to do it as a excursion I'm just a little worried about the odds of a snake in the river?
Hola Tator 🤗
Awesome, so the cruise will allow you to be in Playa del Carmen for couple of hours or the entire day? The times we've swam in the underground rivers of the region, we've never have experienced any type of snake in the water, so we'd say you'll be totally fine 🤩🙏
At around 10:10 of the video you recommend using the water filling stations. Is it safe for US citizens to drink tap water in Mexico?
Hola William 👋
First and foremost, thank you for watching and commenting in our video.

My husband and I are planning to visit PDC in July and have been seeing all your videos! I understand how to get to XCaret via collectivos, but still can't figure out how to return to PDC...are there ADO buses? Or only taxis?
*Hola amiga* 👋👋
Awww, thank you so much for supporting our content, we truly appreciate it 🫶🙏.
Perhaps, renting a car for the day could be an option if you do not want to be in rush: shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1315444&u=3301007&m=85935&urllink=&afftrack=
Or perhaps adding the Xcaret transportation 🤷♂️

Do they have lockers all around the park? You just carry your belongings with you and put it on a locker for every site you go?
Hi. What month did you go in and how was the weather during that month? (The water seems to be cold) thank you
Hola Amig@ 🤗
Yes, this was the beginning of December, and indeed was a bit cold.
This looks like such a pretty place! Thanks for all the info 😊 I was curious, are masks required in the park?
Hey Jessica ☺️☺️ oh my gosh, they’ve integrated the park into the jungle so wonderfully, it really is stunning 🙌🌴 masks seemed to be encouraged in closed/indoor spaces, but we were actually encouraged to remove our masks for the water activities ☺️ hopefully that helps 🙌 if you do visit the park, we hope you have a wonderful time 🌴🇲🇽
Hi, What date and day did you go there? doesnt looks crowded or busy which is good? Thanks
Hola GP 👋🏼👋🏼
Thank you so much for watching our video 👀.
Hola Mahnoosh 👋👋
Thank you very much for watching! We believe the booking of the bus ride hotel-park-hotel is only via the Xcaret website. The *Xcaret* tickets include access to the night show, the only thing is if buying through Expedia, they only have certain hours to get you guys back to your hotel. 🤔
We’d recommend buying the tickets from the official website of the park as it’s how we have done it for all the parks we’ve visited ℹ️

Thank you so much for watching 🙏. We took our camera during the dry activities and while we were swimming at the River we left it in the lockers, during the wet activities we were using an action camera 😎🤗.
Saludos amiga 🤙
Is it one locker per ticket?
Hola Annie, yes it's *one* person, and usually, if you have a big bag they will provide you a slightly bigger locker, but we recommend taking the necessary as they are pretty tight even the bigger ones 🫶❤️
what camera are y'all using to film this video?

We typically use 2 cameras a Canon M50 for the ground shots, and a Osmo Action for vlogging and water/underwater shots 😊.
Are you planning on visiting Xcaret Park ? Thank you very much for watching our videos 🙏, we really appreciate it
Can you go in and out of the park throughout the day without paying more than once?
Hola amig@,
Yes, for Xcaret as long as it's the same day and you don't take your bracelet off, then yes you can exit and enter as many times as you want.

@@ForTheRoadTravels thank you!! You guys are the best !! Sorry i keep bombarding you guys with so many qs!
@@Elizabeth-io3ui No, nothing to be sorry at all. We love to help if it's in our hands, and we really want all travellers get the most of their trips
Love your content, you guys are out guide to the trip we are planning in next few days.. thanks for such good videos and tips..
do you think rains will impact going to XCARET and Xplore? - we are in Cancun and Playdel Carmen from Dec 25 to Dec 31st (thanks in advance)
Hola Ritesh 👋👋
Awwww thank you so much amigo 🙏🤩
Not really, at least for Xplor (for us) it does not matter if rains or not, but for Xcaret is better to experience with not rain 🤗, however Xcaret has weather guarantee tickets not 100% sure but if you notify 24 hours in advance, you'd be able to re-schedule. Here in PDC has not rain in the past few days, well just some showers like 15-30 mins and the weather has been great, we love PDC December climate 🤭🤗.

What and how phone did you use under the water
Hola again Noor,
We have an action camera 📸 called Osmo Action which is a small water proof camera you can use for these type of activities ☺️🤿🇲🇽
This looks very fun but also a little confusing! It looks like it will be easy to get lost here. Are there workers around to help you navigate?
Also, how do you get here from Playa Del Carmen? Do they have Uber?
Hola Danielle 🤗🤗,
Thank you so much for watching and commenting.
We hope this information is very helpful for you 🙏
Hola again Danielle 🙏
The fastest and easy option would take a taxi; unfortunately Uber is not an option in PDC *We talk about how to get around Playa del Carmen in our most recent video* .
@@ForTheRoadTravels Awesome thank you for the response! I will check out the other video too!
@@daniellemorrison5809 It's our pleasure 🥰. We hope you have a great day 🤗
Did you add the transportation fee when you book online or you paid for your own ride to the park?
Hola Trina 🤗,
Thank you very much for watching our Xcaret video 🙏. No, we did not add transportation as we live near the park in Playa del Carmen and we got via Colectivos (Mini Vans) that rides all along the highway, this is the most affordable way. However, it can be better to book via the Xcaret page for you if you are staying in a hotel far from Playa del Carmen. 🤗
Thank you again for watching, and we hope you found our video helpful. 🥰
Does anyone know to get the second day half off that they mentioned at 13:56? I tried to google how to get that but there’s nothing about that specific promotion anywhere? Is it still going on?
*Hola AR,* 👋
We believe this promo is only available once you visit the park, at the exit, you announce the 2nd day at Xcaret for half the price or something like that, unfortunately, this is the only way.
However, we found in the promotions tab at the Xcaret website, if you purchase your tickets with an HSCB credit card you can get the 2nd day for FREE. 🤗

Great video however Simone should try to talk slower!! It's hard to understand what she saying!!
Are the river floats, observation tower and snorkeling all included or extra? Trying to figure out what general admission includes
@@ForTheRoadTravels is the VIP admission the same thing at the PLUS tickets?
@@rubiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Not sure where you saw a "VIP" admission we were looking into the Xcaret website but could not find anything, we found the option of Xcaret Total Admission which in comparison with the Xcaret Plus, an extra activity is added i.e.: Sea Trek or Adrenalina.
Hope this info is helpful for you Rubi. Thank you for watching and commenting in our video, really helps us so much. If you buy your tickets, we have the direct link in the video description. Gracias Amiga 🤩🤗
