For confused people, during 2019 , taehyun was able to do high note but his support was a little shallow. 2021 his support got better. So he could hit more higher notes

The 2019 one was true belting while the recent is just transition to head voice. Technically the 2019 was a bit better tho not supported but his mix register was ok while the second was stylistic. Love his vocals

Srsly, I like Tyun's way of singing. He is not like other artist where u can see their faces "not struggling" if u know what I mean while effortlessly hitting high notes. I mean in Tyun's case, I love it when his face goes like that for example in Dear Sputnik the raspiness of his voice. Also his low register in "To You" cover, he was completely a different person there. It's not Kang Taeyun, it's KING TAEHYUN everyone.
