Oh my Taehyun you did great!! For those who want to try out his recipes, here are some tips you can follow along with the recipe: Roast pork belly: 1) Use a knife to nick/score the skin so that the skin can get even crispier 2) Pat dry the belly of pork before cooking 3) Instead of putting oil in the pan, apply sunflower/vegetable oil and salt on the skin and cook skin side down for 70% of the time before flipping on the sides to brown the meat. This will make the skin even crispier. Garlic Prawns: 1) Don't throw away the prawn shells after de-shelling. Save it for later. 2) Prawns cook very quickly and cooking them for too long will make them rubbery. Pan-fry the prawns for about 2-3 minutes per side on a smoking hot pan and remove them. 3) Lower the heat on the pan and cook the prawn shells in the hot oil with the garlic to extract even more prawn flavours. 5) Add the prawns back into the pan and serve. Gorgonzola Pizza: 1) You can add walnuts on the pizza to make it even better. Gorgonzola works extremely well with honey and walnuts. 2) You can even replace the honey with fresh fruits like pears and figs if you don't want it to be too sweet. Mashed Potato: 1) Melt your butter first over low heat before adding it into your potatoes, especially when they are cold. 2) Add half a cup of warm milk and your potatoes will taste even better!

@@YBHjlcr.1 I don't live on an island or sea but I can relate a bit. I used not like shrimp like gyu but then I gave it a chance and I thought people usually ate the whole thing so thats what I did. Tho once when my family saw me eat shrimp, they were so shocked when they noticed no tails on my plate lol

For those who want to try out his recipes, here are some tips you can follow along with the recipe:
Roast pork belly:
1) Use a knife to nick/score the skin so that the skin can get even crispier
2) Pat dry the belly of pork before cooking
3) Instead of putting oil in the pan, apply sunflower/vegetable oil and salt on the skin and cook skin side down for 70% of the time before flipping on the sides to brown the meat. This will make the skin even crispier.
Garlic Prawns:
1) Don't throw away the prawn shells after de-shelling. Save it for later.
2) Prawns cook very quickly and cooking them for too long will make them rubbery. Pan-fry the prawns for about 2-3 minutes per side on a smoking hot pan and remove them.
3) Lower the heat on the pan and cook the prawn shells in the hot oil with the garlic to extract even more prawn flavours.
5) Add the prawns back into the pan and serve.
Gorgonzola Pizza:
1) You can add walnuts on the pizza to make it even better. Gorgonzola works extremely well with honey and walnuts.
2) You can even replace the honey with fresh fruits like pears and figs if you don't want it to be too sweet.
Mashed Potato:
1) Melt your butter first over low heat before adding it into your potatoes, especially when they are cold.
2) Add half a cup of warm milk and your potatoes will taste even better!
