I think this house is for joint family.
It's huge and very difficult to maintain.
But over all it's looks like beautiful.

I like the way you let in the natural light and air to flow in the house. It’s more of nature and not just a concrete building. I don’t want a luxury home. I have noticed one thing your not mentioning most of your project cost can i know why..? Please mention total project cost so that people get idea about pricing.. Those who are plnning to building homes in future..
We are purposefully doing that to avoid unnecessary confusions and comments. We have done 2200 sqft house in 42 lakhs and same sqft in 90 lakhs as well. So the cost will depend on many factors.
