I've spent days and nights trying to move my local VM to Azure, but despite following Microsoft's documentation and watching countless TH-cam tutorials, I kept running into the issue of the new VM missing the VM agent extension. Interesting, if it was for OS disk, we need to peform swapping option because while creating a vm, there has to be a default os disk right?
