It includes the book, the cable, the attachments, and instructions. I think his web site is secretdoorways.com It was around $100. Once you have it installed, it's very cool. I wish I could show the responses I get from it.
What apparatus did you use to create the latch? I bought one recently myself but want to add the fun book latch. Was thinking a gate latch maybe?
