Thanks for sharing your journey! I am also struggeling with ED Recovery for a while now and it's always an up-and-down. Motivation comes in waves and when my motivation is down I watch one of your videos and tadaaa: I am motivated again! Thanks so so much for being an inspiration for fighting against this jail, in which Anorexia locks us in. We can do this. However, I have some more questions and insecurities.. 1. Do you also experience binging in the evenings? I don't miss snacks or so during the day, but I still have "extreme hunger" or cravings in evenings... 2. What do you do instead of exercising? Did you stop or did you only minimize your movement? (walks, run or even workouts?) and 3. How do you deal with feeling obligated to eat, even if you don't want to, don't feel hungry or so full, that you cannot eat more? 4. Did you also have to "drink" food in your therapy? Hyperdring etc.? And how is your experience with that?
I love this video so much, Demi! You’ve helped me to feel optimistic again ☺️ thank you!! The peaceful setting is perfect and your honesty is much appreciated, as always. I’m happy for you that you’re having some sunny weather too. You are positively radiant 😊 Keep shining, you’re so wonderful 🌞🌻
thank you for sharing with us again! it’s super nice to see your progress and your mindset change. happy birthday as well ❤ reach for your goals demi!! you can do this x x
Do you feel like recovery happens in layers? Also, how do you find a balance between eating good nourishing foods but not allowing it to become hijacked by the eating disorder and become orthorexia? I hope you have a fantastic birthday! You deserve a bright future full of freedom and relief from all of this. And you are putting so much effort into getting it, you are one step closer with every little decision in the right direction. Keep going. You're doing great💕💕 And i love the last thing you said, about how in a few yrs we could look back and think i wish i was back there again. And we still have that chance to make it so that we won't be saying oh WHY didnt i choose the harder choice?
I LOVE this comment! thats a reallllly good question, I think finding that balance and not letting the ed take over is tasking and takes a whole lot of practice, something that helps me reframe my thoughts is that a cake or cookie or meal out is not going to drastically change our body the way in which the ed convinces us. Its important to be able to connect and socialise through food also
I'm really pleased you decided to stop working. Recovery is a full time job and it's exhausting. Focus on yourself and get well. when you are ready to go back to work you will be far more productive
Great to hear that you had another 'realisation' a couple of weeks ago and it has spurred you on! It would be awesome to see a video of how that has impacted your life/changed your day-to-day food?
Thank you for uploading! How do your family feel about your eating disorder? Were they able to understand or did it create distance between you? (Andnbtw please don't answer specific weight questions (reply above from someone), that kind of comparison is so unhelpful..😢.)
Hey, thankyou so much for watching! I think it has been hard for them to understand however they have been so supportive 🌸 also yes i would never answer any questions directly relating to those kind of things its not helpful or necessary :))
How much weight do you think is the weight that is restoring your vital organs? I went into hospital a few weeks ago and had to gain 5kg from a BMI of 10. Now I'm a BMI of 12.2. How much would that 5kg be restoring vital organs and protecting my internal organs?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEMI! This is your year! xo
THANKYOU SO MUCH ✨✨ Yesss let’s do this once and for all xx

Thankyou so much, this is a great idea i will have to create a video in more detail about it 😆
For the question on constipation - fats are as important as fibre!!
Yes for sure, extremely important. Fibre sometimes though does not get spoken about enough 😆
Another awesome one Demi, I'm right there with you on the constipation, fiber/coffee is very important, yes more q@a videos please.😀

Comparing low weights is harmful 😢
What kind of question is that?? That is a question for your doctor…. Not for someone trying to recover. How triggering…..
