Jeff’s entire person just screams “coach”. I am so excited to see what he’s got for this defense. A breath of fresh air to say the least. I went from “Who?” To “Let’s freaking go!” after learning about Jeff Hafley.
Don't forget about the staff. Campanile and Ansley are studs
Absolutely seems to get it, be a leader, and a head coach type. We better enjoy him for the 2-3 years before he gets promoted in the NFL. Very impressive personality and presence.

This guy gets it. He showed right in the interview why he was chosen. Lots of experience at various levels, knows what success looks like, family man with great understanding of complex situations. I'm ready to run through a wall for this guy.

Well that's how you get the best opportunity. Best case scenario, he makes a huge difference, gets this unit to perform at thier maximum potential, like a top 5 unit that shows up reg and post season when it counts, and win a few SBs, then he gets a chance leaves, if he wants. If you have a special thing going maybe he stays 5,6,7,8 years and win a few SBs, and then of course other trams will come calling.
Love Hafley's passion. Passion in your craft is contagious. Can't wait for next season.

No matter what to defense this year, I'm happy to have Halfley. I will say I'm worried that we lose him to a HC position. Give us a few years please Halfley...best of luck this year!

I truly believe this guy could come in and run one of the fastest and youngest defenses in a Tampa 2 like it was originally ran. Likely even better.

I love Jeff Halfley’s mentality and passion for this entire team. I think he will take our defense to the next level. I look forward to seeing Lucas Van Ness, Quay Walker, Darnell Savage, Balline Vallentine, Jaire Alexander, Rashan Gary, Kenny Clark, and Preston Smith all going to the next level with this new 4-3 style of defense. Spoon drives me nuts sometimes. Not everyone is super relaxed and says “ummmmmmmm” in every sentence. This dude is what we need and I hope our media treats him with less condescension than the previous DCs
Hafley does a really great job in specializing in DBs, he always makes sure that the details matter. I am pretty sure Hafley left Boston College to be a D.C for Green Bay because of NIL and how it is destroying college football. Hafley really wanted to just coach and develop players like how a normal coach would not be a College GM B.S with NIL happening. I like this hire and I am thrilled that he is our D.C!!!!
