Just saw Brick Arena's latest vlog and he's having the same issue with Brickstore. I'd suggest backing up to a previous version.

I recently tried putting any items in my store that haven't sold in five years on sale for 50% off. Several customers have bought these pieces since doing that. Maybe after a couple of more years, I'll do 70% for anything that still hasn't sold.

This is actually a very good suggestion! I may need to look into this since I'm sure I have parts in my store I haven't sold since I opened my store 9 years ago!

is having some Duplo in your store a bad thing? People laughed because I want to put 30 lb of Duplo in my store

I have some Duplo in my store and have sold some it (the more unique items). If I had more space, I might consider adding more. It doesn't sell often, but it does sell. :-)
