My grandfather used to own almost half a town here named Orleans and he used to sell land at rock bottom prices to young families who couldn't afford it otherwise. People like him are long gone. Now money talks.
Sounds like he was a great man. I was a single parent at 18. My first apartment was in a complex owned by a wonderful lady that had also been a young single mother. She wanted to give back so she got into real estate and rented out the apartments based on your income. It allowed me to purchase my own home at 25. People nowadays aren’t like that anymore unfortunately.

I have been in multiple apartments over the last several years. I’m in the Midwest and it’s just as bad here. Rent on studio apartments, in the bad areas of town, are not even affordable. I pay 80% of my income for rent. I sure miss my old apartment. That was such a rare blessing.

A big family bting probldms if you let them.I don't play that shit there two that stole from me.Small things those two can't come alone to my house.And this happen when they .Were 12 and 14. Now they 23 and 16. I dont give a shit you violating my trust.
That poor man made it to live that old and was just walking with his Grandson someone thinking he can trust & never think to worry, He gets killed by him. Hard to believe a grandson would do that to his granddad, isn't it? However, I learned over many years that no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. I'm not, in anyway, showing support for this murderer, but I'll tell you, I've comes across some really messed up families, generations of them, that no one in the outside world would suspect what's hidden in their private lifes. Short of the birth of my kids, road tipping cross country to the '81 Queen concert in Montreal, the day I retired for good was the best. Now I just love life with family, animals and plants.

Or, imagine someone planted the seed to take his grandfather "out" so the family would reap the reward of all his property. He turned himself in, not only admitting guilt, but may very feel guilt if he was persuaded or pressured to carry out something. Wow. I don't understand. My grandfather was my hero as far back as I can remember. D-day veteran and war hero. I was grown with my own kids when he died. I was myself a veteran (thanks to his influence). I was a grown man and still cried like a baby when the old man passed. Wow. I don't understand. My grandfather was my hero as far back as I can remember. D-day veteran and war hero. I was grown with my own kids when he died. I was myself a veteran (thanks to his influence). I was a grown man and still cried like a baby when the old man passed. I xould never think of lifting a finger to the old man, and would have killed anyone who would have.
This is horribly sad!!!!
