Bad foundations, bad plumbing/wiring/sewage, infestations (termites, especially) building violations... @@rohitroll2119 I can't speak for my neighbours across the Channel, but here in NL the cheapest dwellings in rural area's start at about E150.000, you get a plot of about 60-80 m2 (650-850 ft2) and about the same in floor space.
