      I was hoping to see someone like me say this. He has that audacity to say he has a family too so what predators are just that having a family DOES NOT make them human I.e. Dahmer Bundy BTK and Mason all had families too what kind of human tortures children they most definitely DO NOT deserve a second chance. I am the victim of an offender that was given a second chance and all he learned was how to control and hide what he was doing better second chance my ass miss me with that

      Yeah, Your "God" also preaches forgiveness. All I see are a bunch of hypocritical asswipes. There are people that never molested children and still cannot find homes nor employment. Might as well of left them in prison for the rest of their lives. Because we all know that prison doesn't rehabilitate, and with America being the highest incarceration rate in the world, human rights go out the window when people have biased opinions, but sure its okay for them to keep those rights, whats good for the goose isn't good for the gander.

      sex offender doesn't necessarily mean that they touched a child or anyone. USA loves super harsh laws so some men who should just get a ticket for things like public urination wind up on sex offender lists. Also minors sending pictures of themselves to their boyfriend / girlfriend have been convicted under child pornography laws and are registered sex offenders. Meanwhile over 200,000 child marriages happen every year in America and are totally legal for girls as young as 11 - with parental consent.

      Exactly. I agree alot of those people deserve what they got. But there are some that are registered sex offenders that didn't hurt anyone. Like a 16 year old that had sex with a 15 year old. He didn't rape or hurt anyone yet in the eyes of the law he is a sex offender and his life will be ruined forever

    • @orphanrafferty1955
      @orphanrafferty1955 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Trick is, they check if they're pyscho or not. Me I'm abused, i bump into kids, give people weird looks all the time and get violently irrational. And i mean violently.
      But bro, i aint a fucking chomo, i kill those... Or just freeze and become a 4 year old.
      If a kid says so and so did this and that one too and that one too... The kid WAS abused. It's normal to get irrational, its trauma. It's PTSD for life. Psychopaths really arent hard to find if youre really looking for one...
      Usually, make them chat with an abused person, their eyes go black. There you go... Just cover the godamn orphan though eh, If you please.

    • @orphanrafferty1955
      @orphanrafferty1955 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Just Some guy ? Dont get it, this woman was abused and reported that this guy was off. If they didn't find her initial attackers, justice failed.
      If they couldn't tell that this guy was a rapist or just a simple sex offender (taking advantage or something, stalking, etc), justice failed.
      If this said friend of yours cried about his problems and had not helped to either find and offered to kill her rapists.... Then i suggest he blows his brains out before i get to him.
      Yeah, psychopaths can't have PTSD, i know....

    • @orphanrafferty1955
      @orphanrafferty1955 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @BReal23 shit fuck, if someone isn't a rapist then they are not. Me for example, i beat and rape sex offenders all the time.
      You understand why stalkers and homophobes can never win against me? They are dumb enough to come and mess with me and my tribe, and they still keep coming back, again and again and again....
      .....If one of them messes with someone who's been abused, then they do deserve to get killed. Sex offenders support pedophilia this way, they just LOVE the vulnerability abuse victims have..... Pedophile-lovers, they come in 3rd after sociopaths.
      Still skeptical? Ask a simple sex offender this, "when you found out your last victim was abused at a young age what did you do?"
      ... They NEVER answer that they had
      A) found and killed her parents.
      B) offer a lift to a shelter, offer to call a friend, call a helpline, call police,etc.
      C) offer to give advice on how to kill a pedophile... Because, of course if you walk around harassing abused girls well you had at least killed a pedophile before, right? Lol yeah.
      Nope all they want is the easiest way to see you butt naked, preying upon your most vulnerable state. They can't groom though. They come in 3rd, like a said. Sociopaths would try to make you kill yourself though, but they get killed though.

      @@issenur6679: In 1979 a 35 year old black man, with 3 prior assault convictions, was sentenced to life without parole for the rape and murder of a 13 year old girl. 24 years into his sentence, a group of justice seekers reviewed the trial transcripts and found that the only physical evidence was some blood stains on the man's clothing that matched the blood type of the girl. (they couldn't do DNA matching in 1979)..
      So, in 2003, these people got a court order to exhume the girls body to obtain a sample of her DNA. They did, but were unable to get a positive match on the 24 year old blood stain on the shirt. Not that they were able to rule it out, but that they were unable to get a good enough sample from the stain to make a positive match.. Since there was no eye-witness testimony ( because she was dead at the time of the trial) and no confession on record, the court overturned his conviction and released him. Wonderful story, right?
      Wrong. Less than a year after his release, he was arrested for the rape and beating of a 12 year old girl, who lived in the same building as him. You see, because his conviction was overturned,, there were no rules to keep him from living near little girls.. During questioning by the DA, with his lawyer present, the man confessed to this rape, in order to get a plea deal and a lighter sentence. They offered him this deal because the little girl was so traumatized that it would be cruel of them to ask her to testify in court... When asked if he knew the girls name, he called her Cathy. Her name was Gail.. Cathy was the name of the other girl who he raped and murdered in 1979. Better that ten thousand convicted rapists die in prisons, than one get set free to rape again.. Better that one improperly convicted rapist rot in jail, than one more little girl be raped and murdered. I believe in justice for the victims, not the criminals.

      @Aaron Cubitt I understand. This world is just so depressing that it's easy to feel negative emotions about... literally everyone and everything. Hope is a hard thing to hold on to.
      Yes, what you just said is offensive. But many people fall victim to this mindset, especially me sometimes. So I can sympathize with you.
      Try to remember that victims of abuse are not "broken," but victims of circumstance. That being said, even if the trauma is really bad, hope can still be found. It's far from easy, but there is always a chance for a former victim to turn their life around.
      However if one happens to be a criminal, sure it's cool that they regret it and all, but they still did it. Saying sorry is not going to erase what they did. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, and they need to suffer the consequences of their actions. And they are, they are living under a bridge. Compared to jail, this is actually pretty generous, especially for a sex-offender.
      That's all I can really say. Again, I understand why you may feel such bitter emotions about everything. This is a cruel world, and sometimes we may wonder if it's worth it to even be here. But it *is* worth it. As much as we are nothing, we are also everything. It's hard to explain, but that's just how unique we are as a species. Try to remember that.

Hell, we don't even treat murders this way, so are you telling me these people are worse since sex was involved? Letting people out of prison only to harass them will do nothing but cause them to fall back into crime. The funny thing is after they commit a new crime, people will say "See! they should have never been let out, their animals!" What they wont mention is that they forced the people to live under bridges, wouldn't allow them to get a job, and denied them basic government help such as government assistance. While what they did is wrong, they're still human beings. I always thought their punishment was going to prison, it seems society loves to hold grudges against these type of people.

Like we universally agree that child rape is the worst thing a man can do, yet we release them after less than a decade to live out in the public. Sex offenders almost ALWAYS reoffend, and being on the sex offender registry is already a life sentence so you might as well just put them in prison for the rest of their lives where they won’t be able to hurt anyone.

      Keep in mind that some of these people who are labeled sex offenders are not all the same, not all of these people are rapists and child predators. You can get labeled a sex offender for even urinating outside or at times some people like to set people up. I won't defend these people but I know this sort of thing happens.

      I understand this is a difficult topic for everyone but for real though how safe is having a bunch of sex offenders living under a bridge, like seriously a bunch of social outcasts with no permanent address or way of getting a job. How are they supposed to feed themselves? If I was one of them I would probably be thieving to feed myself. Shit like this creates more crime. People get all emotional about it though and dont realize extreme sexual deviance is a psychological problem and needs to be treated as one, and sexual deviance of any other sort is usually sourced back to an intense feeling of entitlement created by societies highly materialistic standards (id and ego theories and such). Not at all excusing the behviour, just thinking a long term solution to sexual deviance is definitely not forcing sex offenders to live under a bridge lol.

    I get how that lawyer feels, but he made it really clear he is operating as a vigilante. Dealing with sex offenders, which is such a huge umbrella term that covers all kinds of people in all kinds of situations, needs a better resolution than "ignoring it and hoping it goes away". As one of the offenders says in the video, if this is what they have earned (I'm sure some of them have) then they should be in prison. Having them camp out under a bridge is clearly not any kind of solution.

There are sex offenders who have done their evil deed and deserved to be in prison and there are some who were sent to prison for something they never did. The person who accused me of this sex crime was the one actually was doing the crime herself against her own son which later after my sentence dated he killed himself. Nothing legally happened to that lady I still took the punishment for something I would never have done ever. I learned that not even the justice system has your back even if you were innocent. Now after 10 years of prison Im out back home and have to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life. Jobs are so hard for me to find. Im going to college for Automotive Autotech. My friend is on the registry for LIFE - he was 19 and got caught having sex with his longtime girlfriend who was 15 (now wife)..... they started dating when he was 16 and she was 13.
    The registry should be for rapists and child molesters.... but it has people like my friend, people that were peeing in a public park while walking home from a bar at 2am, or that poor kid who was 18 and met a girl on an app that said she was 18, she was only 14.... they had sex, then her mom found out - he FINALLY got his case overturned after 4 years of being treated like a rapist.
    Meanwhile, the man that murdered my best friends mom (she broke up with him, 2 months later he came and shot her) - he was out of prison in 12 years..... he's not on a registry, he's no longer on any probation (happened in 1999).

Why don't we work on improving the lives of people who aren't a danger to other people and who actually contribute to society? Besides, there will always be homeless people in this country. Nothing we can do to change that. So I don't see why some would devote so much time to people who are not only homeless, but who are registered sex offenders as well. I live in Florida. In my county, a sex offender of any kind must not approach within 2500 feet of any school even colleges. They may not approach within 2500 feet of any church, playground or any business that may transact business involving anyone under 18. They may not approach within 1000 feet of anyone under 18. They may not approach within 1000 feet of any school bus stop. All municipal bus stops are designated school bus stops. They may not come within 2500 feet of any public park. Once you black out all such space there is no place left in the county. When they are released from prison they are put on a bus and sent back to the county where they were convicted. The bus drops them off downtown. At that point they have already violated the law. The bus stop they are dropped off at is a designated school bus stop. They are required to then find their way to a place to live. There is one charity in the county that helps convicts find a job and a place to live. The sex offenders are ordered by the state to report to them. When they get there that charity informs them that they do not assist sex offenders and are told to leave the premises. They are required to report to their parole/probation officer (even if they did not receive any probation as part of their sentence). They must present a document from the above charity indicating that they have reported to them. Since they don't assist sex offenders they don't provide such a document. So now they have violated their probation/parole. So they report to the probation officer anyways who informs them the moment they walk in the door that they have violated their probation since there is a bus stop in front of the building and a school across the street. They are given an ankle bracelet then ordered to find a place to live and a job within 7 days or go back to prison, even if they have completed their sentence. They are required as a condition of probation to notify all prospective employers on their application that they are a convicted sex offender and just got out of prison. At that point it becomes impossible for them to obtain work because the county prohibits any employer to have employees who are sex offenders if there is any chance that a person under 18 may come within 1000 feet of the business. They hold the employer liable if they do hire that person and THEY can go to prison for doing so. They are prohibited by law from leaving the county without permission of the probation officer. The policy is they cannot do so until they have completed their first year of probation successfully. So 99% of all sex offenders fail to comply with the orders and law by the 7 day due date and are arrested and sent back to prison to live out their lives. Lest you thin otherwise, 75% of all sex crimes do not involve minors and a third don't involve physical contact with any other person and at least 10% are homeless people urinating in public. In public includes behind dumpsters in an back ally at 2am when there are no public rest rooms open. If you are caught urinating on any public property (ally) or anyone's private property without their permission (vacant parking lot) or any place within line of site where any human could see (from a roof top 8 blocks away using binoculars) you are charged with indecent exposure. No human has to see you do it either. If they find you coming from behind a dumpster then find a urine puddle you are charged with indecent exposure which is a felony and a sex crime and thus ends your life.
    I have been volunteering at places that help the homeless for years. The number one reason homeless people are arrested is because they have no place to urinate and are caught when they do it in any place that is not a rest room. I have to turn away anyone who has been convicted of a sex offense because occasionally homeless runaway minors come to me for help.
